what?... I think you are saying that because you think we will support Walt even when it is obvious he is bad... Well yes!, Walt acted selfless.. but it seems that you didn't get the point. Walt and Skylar were in the same channel. Walt acted like a asshole when he called Skylar to make her look innocent in front of the police. Skylar got his message and she acted too. She plotted with Walt to leave everything ready for Walt to take the full blame on everything and that Skylar was innocent so she can take Walt Jr and Holy and avoid jail.
Well if you watch this preview, I wouldn't be so sure Walt succeeded. Skyler still ran that carwash and kept its books, and it seems like she is not denying that she knew Walt was cooking meth the whole time. A long look at her books should reveal she was not just a hostage. I give Walt credit for at least trying, but compared to everything else he has done (and still continues to do), this is nothing. What a terrible human being and a great character.
Not saying she is the source of all his problems but she sure does bail when the stuff hits the fan. She's ok with killing Jesse but this episode she pulls a knife on him. They are all bad. She's just so selfish
No, my point was simply that I'm sick of hearing people say Skyler is the real bitch while Walt is such a nice guy he should be forgiven for everything. I got the point, but I still saw hate on Skyler yesterday, never mind if they plotted together. It's not that I think she is an angel, she's not and I don't think she is, and I do understand that Walt is the protagonist and people are meant to empathize with him, but the situation got to a point where Anna Gunn herself felt like she had to write an op-ed to show people how impossible the hate became.
Yes, she bails on him "when the stuff hits the fan" because that "stuff" is his criminal actions getting her brother in law killed. You don't "stand by your man" then. She was wrong to want him to kill Jesse as she was wrong to do anything other than turn him into the police in the first place. But I think most people criticize her for standing in Walt's way, which is just ridiculous and disgusting.
That's right. And with no Walt, law enforcement will not go easy on her to find him. Now, there is no Hank to protect her.
Last episode, Skyler said all she wanted was Holly. The cops heard her say that, and they will use that information to get her to cooperate to get what they want ... Walt.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
People saying Skyler is a bitch and the source of all of Walt's problems in 3, 2, 1...

ReplyDelete... And Walt still is more likable than Skyler has been for 5 years
That is saying something!
