Hmm i thought they are brothers but thanks for the new info :). By the way his imdb' bio say : nephew of Mark Pellegrino (about Stephen). So CW is really a big family :p
That was Thea he was speaking to and I do hope she finds out sooner rather than later but I wouldn't rule out Oliver's line of dialogue being said jokingly. However, I will say that with Thea running Verdant this season (right above the Hood Cave) it will be really difficult for Oliver to keep his secret from his sister for very long.
Can't wait for Arrow to come back (and for Roy to become Speedy/Red Arrow/Arsenal) and I'm willing to give 'The Tomorrow People' a shot, because of my love of Mark Pellegrino.
In my opinion, this type of promo is long overdue. The CW keeps pairing shows up in the hope that there's audience overlap and fans of one will watch the other - what better way to do that than a joint promo? This makes it look like a very cool action action block on Wednesdays.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
awesome promo mingling both shows! I am looking forward to this night, it looks awesome
ReplyDeletewas that Thea Oliver was talking to at the end? Does this mean she'll find out soon?
ReplyDeleteIt was definitely her. So it looks like she might.
ReplyDeleteAwsome promo with the Amell brothers :)
ReplyDeleteIt was probably just a joke.
ReplyDeleteCousins actually, but yeah ;)
ReplyDeleteSo looking forward to Speedy/Red Arrow. :)

ReplyDeleteReally? That I had absolutely no idea of! Thanks
ReplyDeleteThe character Robbie plays in The Tomorrow People, named Stephen, is the nephew of Mark Pellegrino's character. They are not related in real life.
ReplyDeleteI personally hope she finds out soon. How long he can keep her in the dark when she works right above the Arrow cave.
ReplyDeleteGreat job CW. That was one of the better promos you've ever done. Can't wait for Wednesdays this fall.
ReplyDeleteLooking good!! Can't wait for Arrow's return. Still on the fence about the Tomorrow people, i'll give the pilot a watch.
ReplyDeleteLove this promo
ReplyDeleteI said about Stephen in REAL life not about Robbie and his character :).
ReplyDeleteMe neither. I checked his bio for see his family and I saw the line with Mark :p.
ReplyDeleteAnd what I'm saying is, it's not true. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteI lover the Amell cousins promo LOL

ReplyDeleteAnd as if the confusion wasn't enough, they gave Robbie's character on TTP the same name as his real-life cousin. Heh.
ReplyDeleteI think saving the city as more of a Business format instead of Hero format lol
ReplyDeleteLooks like one awesome show lol they blended them seamlessly!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if the Amells work out together.
ReplyDeleteAnyone know the name of the song in the promo?
ReplyDeleteFun approach in promoting the "night".
ReplyDeleteI really think the CW promo dpt has actually upped it's game quite a bit this year! Kudos!!
