Wonderfalls for me. It had a great first season and I think that had it lasted longer, it would've been one of those shows who only get better with time.
I haven't seen Wonderfalls and while I loved 'Dead Like Me', he was only involved in the first few episodes. And Pushing Daisies.... I liked it, but it was always too cute and whimsical for me and I felt S2 wasn't as good as S1 (I didn't even finish S2).
Hannibal on the other hand is exactly the show for me- it's dark and twisted, keeps surprising me, isn't afraid to have a truly villainous main character who you both root for and against, I love the psychological thriller aspect of it and I love all the characters. I love the visuals, the small moments of levity, the imagery... I could go on and on.
For me: Pushing Daisies > Wonderfalls > Hannibal* > Mockingbird Lane > Dead Like Me
*Hannibal has been amazing though, and it's seriously fighting Wonderfalls for me for my second favorite Fuller show. But Wonderfalls is my fourth favorite show of all time, so it's going to be tough for it to break through.
Pushing Daisies and Hannibal are the only 2 I've seen, but PD wins it for me because I only moderately enjoy Hannibal. I would have given it up a while back if I didn't watch it with my father.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
An easy choice of Pushing Daisies and I'm also really enjoying Hannibal.
ReplyDeleteWonderfalls gets vote no 1. A great show that never had a chance.
ReplyDeletePushing Daisies gets vote no 2.
Pushing Daisies was my vote. But I loved Dead like me, and enjoyed Wonderfalls. Guess I should start watching Hannibal.
ReplyDeletePushing Daisies! Best comedy ever made!

Hannibal
ReplyDeleteHannibal and Pushing Daisies, I haven't watched any of the other 2
ReplyDeletePushing Daisies. Never saw Wonderfalls though.
ReplyDeletePushing Daisies had Kristin Chenowith being delightfully snarky. That's why it got my vote.
ReplyDeleteI loved wonderfalls
