    The Toby is A reveal was awesome, which later felt like a cop out considering he was only a double agent.

    I had cheated and found out about Mona before it was revealed so for me the most shocking was the moment when Ian is pushed off the belltower.

    The writers said a lot of times that they were not following everything big in the books, so Mona wasn't so obvious, she was only a possibility, in fact, it shocked a lot of people that they -did- go with the same (first) A in the show.

    Yeah, I agree with that, Toby as A was shocking and awesome, but it was disappointing when he said he was doing it to protect the liars, however, I'm not convinced we have the full story yet, according to Mona, she didn't recruit him until somewhere a few episodes before he was revealed as the betrayer, which doesn't make much sense, first of all, why would Mona trust him after he has been on the liars side for basically the whole show and seemingly have forgiven them for letting him take the fall for a crime he didn't commit, and second of all, the waitress who called him Pretty Eyes at the diner towards the end of season 3 used the same nickname for someone in season 2 as well, so either Toby was involved before Mona claims, or that waitress has the same nickname for more people.

    Well it had already been revealed in the show. I've only been a PLL fan since March when I started it on Netflix. :)
