"La Luna" - The Moon. Yeah, that makes sense. Not only does this fit visually with what's on the tarot card but a lot of the accepted symbolism of this card lines up with Hayley's character as well.
According to what I've read up on the symbolism of tarot cards, "La Lune" typically represents deceit or falsehood. Which could refer to her manipulation and subsequent betrayal of the hybrids, or else to another deceit on the horizon.
Interesting, thanks. I guess it does have to do with the hybrids. I don't think Hayley is a bad person, especally when compared to the likes of Klaus, Damon, etc. But they get free passes all the time, while Hayley gets hated mostly by Klaroline shippers just because she had sex with Klaus. Double standards.
you were the ass first, if you loathe the character, get the fuck out and don't bother the comments section with your babbling, people wanna make valid discussion here
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Are these actually real? Because you'd think The CW would be able to pour some money into promotional material other than do a quick photoshop.
ReplyDeleteYes, the are real. CW posted this on the show's twitter account.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your first post, Linda.
ReplyDeleteYes, congrats Linda on making it over here :)
ReplyDeleteTarot cards¿? does that mean the tarot has something to do in the series¿?
ReplyDeleteYou would think that, but historically judging the state and quality of their previous promotional materials it's a very unrealistic expectation....
ReplyDeleteThank you very much!

ReplyDeleteI wonder why "the moon". She's awerewolf, so there's obviously a connection, but I wonder if there's another reason for her card to be this one.
ReplyDeleteshitty photoshop from the CW, standard. Hayley, annoying and loathsome character.
