Lea Thompson Makes Her TV Series Directorial Debut
Burbank, CA (July 2, 2013) - Angelo's pursuit for custody of his infant daughter tests his relationship with Bay in an all-new episode of "Switched at Birth," airing Monday, July 22 at 8:00PM ET/PT on ABC Family. Series star Lea Thompson directs.
In "Prudence, Avarice, Lust, Justice, Anger," Angelo invites Bay to join him at a pivotal meeting concerning the custody of his infant daughter. When Daphne and Jace (guest star Matt Kane) uncover a potential scandal regarding Senator Coto, they must decide what to do with the confidential information.
Meanwhile, Nikki discovers that Toby and Simone have been in touch, and Emmett and Travis try to set Melody up on a blind date.
"Switched at Birth" is executive-produced by Lizzy Weiss ("Blue Crush"), Paul Stupin ("Make It or Break It"), Becky Hartman Edwards ("Parenthood") and John Ziffren ("Melissa & Joey," "Make It or Break It"). The series stars Katie Leclerc as Daphne Vasquez; Vanessa Marano ("Gilmore Girls") as Bay Kennish; Constance Marie ("George Lopez") as Regina Vasquez; D.W. Wow. I didn't think I'd ever be glad to see Simone's name in a press release but I am. I'm not a fan of Nikki. Also...
