    They have posted a lot of fan posters, especially with that hashtag. The spoilertv logo is right over the fan logo, it looks like.

    It IS fanmade. Just because it's on their official page it doesn't mean it's official and it wouldn't be the first time a TV show would post something fanmade on their official account.
