    I thought it would be the doctor: he's always right no matter what XD. But of course Sherlock is at least as good as the doctor ^^. I would love to see a discussion between those two O.o.

    In terms of knowledge, the Doctor clearly wins this, being more than 1000 years old and knowing more stuff than all other people on this list combined. But House has to be right about everything, so I presume he would argue until his opponent would be too tired to continue the discussion.

    Tyrion - knowing a lot of stuff and winning an argument are two very different things, and Tyrion is King on the second.

    Of the ones mentioned above, Tyrion. I always enjoyed seeing Al swearengen in a good discussion too. Tyrion and Al in a debate would be interesting.

    The doctor, everyone of them can say what ever they want, and can say that they are the smartest but, when it comes to brain The Doctor wins every time, because of the years of his live and also because of the knowledge he gathered thought his lifes.

    But Sheldon has lost debates to Amy before. I don't watch Sherlock but I have no doubt he'd be able to win a discussion. My vote is for Reid who knows lots in various fields of interest.

    The battle is between The Doctor, House and Sherlock. An argument between them would probably last forever.

    - Sherlock would not bother to debate most people on most topics since he finds them boring.
    So he is out...
    - Sheldon is often wrong but uses cyclical false logic to prove he is right. Plus Sheldon would be screaming like a 60's schoolgirl screaming at the Beatles if he met most of the people in this list.
    So he is out.
    - House is House.
    So he is out.
    - The Doctor is often wrong repeatedly until he realizes what he was missing in his thought process. Plus using talking points from other galaxies or epochs is not allowed.
    He is out.
    - Tyrion is well learned, but could he debate on modern technology or Medicine etc?
    He is out.
    - Reid has encyclopedic knowledge of... well, everything, but putting that to use is not always an easy task.



    My money would be on Dr. Reid

    so difficult to choose between Sherlock Tryion Lannister.. But I picked Tryion. He doesn't just truly beat you over the head with words like Sherlock Holmes tends to do...he includes logic and facts.

    Good options (well at least pretty much everyone who I was expecting to be there was listed...)


    I voted for House, not because the others wouldn't hold their own. Everyone of them is strong headed enough to think they are right about everything. But I believe everyone else would also be too preoccupied with proving themselves right to other person. However I know Greg would be the only one who wouldn't care enough about his debater to be phased by him, he would argue his ass off simply for himself. If he knows he's right all is fine with the world. Everyone else is just an idiot.
