Peter Davison should have been the Doctor far longer than he was. He was "Perfect" (our near perfect) for the part! He had the right look, the right age, and the charm (presence and acting skills) that were need at that time. For yours truly, the "Fifth Doctor" lives (F.A.T.S.) Forever And Then Some! 4 A SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE, I am Nobody!!!
The jelly baby doctor! (4th). I think that was when I started watching because I was 6 it with my lil brother. I enjoyed those days, don't watch it anymore but its a show I won't forget :)
As Paul McGann is the only one who is not seen regenerating into the next doctor, it makes sense to bring him back if they want to insert more doctors before Christopher Eccelston and to tell the story of the Time War as a lot of fans are wishing for.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
The sixth doctor is Colin Baker, not Simon Baker :)
ReplyDeleteIt would be awesome to see Simon Baker as the doctor though! (Simon's knowing smile as he saves a planet from destruction.)
ReplyDelete3rd
ReplyDeleteYes, actually he would be a really good choice!..
ReplyDeleteThe Eight Doctor!!!
ReplyDeleteThe Eighth Doctor!!!
ReplyDeleteSimon Baker??? 0_0
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see Patrick again, the hobo Doctor was my fave.
ReplyDeleteTom Baker, of course. He is the definitive classic Doctor.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite doctor will always be the fifth, Peter Davison. What the heck is Simon Baker's name doing on there? lol It's Colin.

ReplyDeleteDavison was afraid of being typecasted. He seldom stayed longer with any show.
ReplyDeletePlease restart this poll with the correct names. Its a disservice to Colin Baker than you got his name wrong.
ReplyDeleteCOLIN NOT SIMON FOR THE 6TH DOCTOR!!!!
ReplyDeleteNo, I actively campaign we go back in time and swap Simon for the 6th Doctor.

ReplyDeleteEasy, Paul McGann. He looks even more like the Doctor now than he did in the film, and I'd really love to see him regenerate into John Hurt!
ReplyDeleteTechnically we don't have 2 regenerating into 3 either, but I totally agree that a McGann should be done for the 50th
ReplyDeleteCome on, man, change it to Colin Baker. The poor guy's been dragged through the mud enough as it is. He deserves more respect than this.
