  1. I thought it was good. It has potential.

I voted great. The show can go a lot of places. It sort of reminds of The Beast with Patrick Swayze which was awesome but with younger, prettier people. It has some of my favorite people that I haven't seen in awhile so that was a big plus. I can see this show getting legs especially with this being Burn Notice's last season.

  3. It was interesting i voted ok because the one thing that i actually was expecting from this series was not in the pilot. And that something (actually someone) is Serinda Swan.

  4. Serinda Swan was the reason I was going to check it out too. So she's not in the pilot?

  5. Yes she is missing from the pilot. But it's good to see it to know what this show will be. So if you want to know the series watch it, but if your waiting for Serinda she is not in this episode.

  6. She's in the second episode and on.

  7. It has a good set up and the story structure is solid, but the pilot was a little slow, getting to know all the characters. I vote okay with the exception of the grade getting higher in subsequent episodes. The rookie being placed there to spy on his mentor is a nice twist.

  8. Well the first half left me unimpressed, but happy to say by the end of ep, I was hooked.

  9. I voted OK also and liked that twist.

  10. Thank you for the information.

  11. The twist was the best part for me.

  12. I thought it was good overall, but not great.

Most USA premieres seema little too long to me being that they are 90 minute premieres andnot 1-hour episodes. Graceland felt solid and not like a 60-minute episode with 30 minutes of filler. That was nice.

However so much of the pilot was beyond my suspension of disbelief. Most shows of that nature need something special to keep my attention beyond a few episodes. I was not sure Graceland had anything unusual or unique to keep me drawn in going by the first hour of the premiere, but the last few minutes gave me a little something that intrigued me.

To me most of the characters are too cute by half and the stories were as well, however I think the idea of Warren being sent in to investigate Briggs could make for an interesting undercurrent and add enough to keep me watching. For a while at least.

I thought it was escapist fun, but maybe too superficial to hold my interest. Plus, it is a complete shame that they undervalue the incredible talent that is Jay Karnes! Giving him drive by look-ins on the team is just an utter waste of a very talented actor.

If the story tightens up and grounds the series more I may have found a new series to watch. If the series stays as is trying to be witty more than realistic I will be out in a few episodes.

  13. I liked it but there's nothing special or new about it.

  14. I liked it a lot, lots of potential there. I do think that they should focus more on the shared house and relationships between them than actual cases though, because it will be hard to make weekly believable cases. They should work a bit on the cases aspect. Other than that, really enjoyed it, did not disappoint at all! Looking forward to the rest of the season!

Definitely has potential. We'll see after a couple more episodes.
