I was just thinking... last week... that I had hoped Simon would return more than just his single appearance in Season 4. Someone online described Adrian Pasdar's character as a calmer (still as psychotic) Simon. Curious how he'll come back into the fold.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait, he was one of my favorite.
ReplyDeleteAwesome. He was one of my favorite villains. Now if they can only steal Silas from Grimm for an episode and give me Seymour back. Plus a little Barry. Then my wish list will be complete.
ReplyDeleteBurke really did remind me of Simon in that he has the same instincts, background, and actual look of Simon. He's just not as impulsive and crazy, making him even more dangerous. He plans.
ReplyDeleteExactly! Thank you for writing that out better than I could, that's exactly the way Burke came across to me. I'm interested to see how he'll play out for the rest of the season, assuming he lasts all season.
ReplyDeleteI'm beginning to think he's not going to last. They have so much to cover that he's starting to feel more like the uphill climb on a roller coaster before you get to the really wild part. The next couple of episodes should tell because he's going to have to hook into the whole team for it to work.
ReplyDeleteI would love to have Seymour back on an episode! He is one of the reasons I even decided to watch Grimm in the first place. It also would fit in the storyline since Fiona is back to running guns again.
ReplyDeleteBarry is someone who got left behind when the series moved forward in later seasons and it just seems like he needs to be included in this final season. Loved Barry in those earlier episodes!
Ha! He was one of the reasons why I tried out Grimm too. I just love Silas as an actor. It seems like if this is indeed the final season we should get cameos of some of the characters that made it such fun in the first place. I agree that Fi's current status even gives him plausibility.
ReplyDeleteIf they suddenly do not have access to CIA info, then Barry would be perfect in a case of the week again. I just want a chance to say goodbye to some great characters.
looking forward to it this season is awesome
