If so I disagree. There are people who protect Bo called "Believers" and from a philosophical stand point, I'm someone who often feels that Believing is synonymous and/or the reflection of what one "feels". ('Feeling is Believing'). To me that's a very interesting idea, especially when feelings are also what allows Bo to unleash her telekinetic abilities. (And the irony that a priest or a fake priest is the one to help Tate and Bo and causes others to want to kill/use her) Beliefs are what drive us. I'll be very interested to see how the series explores this.
i get u, but no i mean the title as her Father. that bond works great at the age she is and the journey they will go on after the show begins, but i was hoping they would explore how 2 strangers would work together and that bond. but hope and reality of the show not to far apart, so i will love it either way.
Seemingly it seems like he doesn't know that Bo is his daughter (not to mention the other promo has a line where he says, "I hate kids."), so I think they're still strangers anyways, although I think Bo's abilities make her insightful and she knows more than most people do about life and other people. It could also be that Tate is "wrongfully convicted", because of what he doesn't know about having a daughter...
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
i'm confused and creeped out but I'm definitely tuning in
ReplyDeleteSWEET! (and it looks like I might have been right that Tate is Bo's father!)
ReplyDeleteNot sure about this, could be OK or it could be overly sentimental mush. Guess will have to watch the pilot to see which way it goes.
ReplyDeleteThis is giving me major feels.
ReplyDeleteYeah! Its rocking my world!
ReplyDeletelooks interesting!
ReplyDeletefather is good to if its true, but it would have been better without that title.
ReplyDeletecount me in
ReplyDeleteBo is cute and creepy at the same time.
ReplyDeleteDo you mean "Believe"?
