  5. I am liking this. Funny though how in the first vid the guy is totally dressed like Peter Petrelli did in the Heroes pilot...

  6. Okay, uh... epic! I was just going to watch it because of Mark Pellegrino but wow! Can't wait!

  7. This has potential for sure....
It just needs to overcome the pitfalls of both superhero series and teen dramas.

  8. As someone old enough to remember the original, I will give it a go!

  9. I'm really mad at CW ...first we have to wait mid/season for nikita and the 100.. and now we don't even have trailers....well that's sucks big time...freaking sneak peek maaaann

  12. This is The CW we're talking about. It won't avoid many pitfalls. The trick is to be good enough in spite of its pitfalls.

  13. Seems to be one of the only CW shows worth trying this fall.

  14. Looking forward to this one! Only CW new series I think I'll like besides The Originals after seeing the other trailers/sneak peeks.

  15. Haha.

  17. Excellent! Something to watch on the CW other than Arrow.

  18. Looks good for a CW show

  19. This looks like my kinda show.

  20. Man, the broadcast networks have so many cool sci-fi/fantasy series this year! I love it. The Tomorrow People looks to be my favorite new CW series.

  21. I'm intrigued by this one...will check it out.

  22. This looks great, it looks like a tough version of Heroes. Will give this a good shot

  23. I'm looking forward to this show. I think it'll be a good companion to Arrow and I plan to check it out.

  24. Looks better than all CW new shows. Wasn't that much interested before, but definitely will check it out :)

  25. Huge fan of the original 70's series and rather liked the 90's series. The production quality of this one makes me strongly optimistic.... can't wait!

  26. This looks like the best new show coming to the CW this fall. I hope The Tomorrow People doesn't disappoint.

  27. Looks like they borrowed the plot from the movie Push

  28. does the cw have any back ups this year because while I was able to grit my teeth through most of gossip girl and none of the more female slanted cw shows even slightly appeal to me this year and the others (more gender neutral or male slanting) are underwhelming too- maybe slightly less in this case but still. This seems pilot watch worthy but honestly I'm not very excited. I get that the CW is big on underwhelming but I really don't understand how they can make such terrible picks with no back up plan... oy vay.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Sorry. What you see is what you get with The CW. "The 100" and "Star Crossed" are being saved for mid-season so unfortunately those can be considered their only backups. I suppose, if you're being generous, you can count Nikita's final 6 episodes as backup as well.

  30. I'm not known for my generosity when it comes to TV.

  31. Now this looks pretty damn cool!

  32. The only promising new show from the cw, based on the short promo clips. People with powers+ Mark Pellegrino= I'm interested. I hope it's good, the effects look nice.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I loved the 90s remake as a kid, so I'll definitely watch this. Plus Mark Pellegrino is in it and I love him.

    ReplyDelete
  34. My first thought was: The X Men lol.

  35. Will not support any shows that doesn't show diversity. I am going to stick with shows that really look like America - not an all white cast.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Just makes me think of Heroes :/

    ReplyDelete
  37. I hope it won't suck like The Secret Circle did.

  38. Special effects look great (although pilots sometimes have a bigger budget than subsequent episodes), and I really liked Mark Pellegrino in Lost and Supernatural. I also fondly remember Peyton List from FlashForward, and generally like X-Men/Heroes type stuff. So yeah, I might check this out, although the fact that it's on The CW and there's apparently a love triangle (WHY???) on the horizon doesn't fill me with confidence.

  39. Point taken, but one of the good guys is Asian.

    ReplyDelete
  40. cool! can't wait!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Yeah I might give it a go. It looks alright. My decision is helped by the casting of Robbie Amell and Mark Pellegrino.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Really looking forward to see Mark Pellegrino again. But even more I am excited to see Luke Mitchell!!
