Les revenants is a fantasy drama about dead people coming back to life.

It will première on Channel 4 on Sunday, June 9th at 9pm.

At first it was said Les Revenants' British title would be Rebound, now it looks like it will simply be The Returned, and it's slated to première this June on Channel 4, according to this trailer :

    Would think a cable channel in the states could have some great programming if they would pick up a show like this, along with Bron/Broen, Borgen etc.

    I imagine Netflix or Hulu might pick it up they tend to import shows. Mostly the US just remakes the shows instead.

    watched way in back in november when it premiered but without subtitles, i cant wait to watch it again, and understand it. its great Season 1. It's an amazing show i can't wait for Season 2!!!!

    The ABC one isn't a remake of this series. It's based on a book, The Returned by Jason Mott.

    Ah okay, well an official news article way back in Jan or Feb led me to believe it was related, but then the trailer looked so different I was really confused, but makes sense. :) I wish I could find that article.


    All that being said I wish this WAS a remake of Les Revenants.
