The Neighbors has been picked up for a 22 episode second season.
It has been a tough year for new comedies on network TV with only this and The Mindy Project renewed for 2nd seasons.

    Oh yay!!! It had a shaky couple of episodes at first but it progressively got funnier. Now if only someone else would pick up Happy Endings.

    Ironically The Mindy Project and this were the only freshman comedies I liked on broadcast TV.

    Yay! I was a little worried for The Neighbors. It's definitely underrated & judged unfairly by people. It's a funny show and always entertains me when I watch. I'm looking forward to next season.

    I don't think you were alone... oh well... I watched the pilot it wasn't as bad as I was expecting, but it it still wasn't great. Maybe the show got better since....?

    Underrated by people who need to have more swearing and more sexual jokes and all together raunchy humor. This show has great classic comedy qualities. I may only be 31 but while the rest of my generation loves to laugh at drug addict perverts, I prefer my comedy a little cleaner and more family orientated.
