"The Graduation" - As graduation day approaches, tension begins to build between Frankie and Axl when he ignores her requests for answers about the graduation party she's planning for his special day. Meanwhile, Sue hopes that the sixth time's the charm as she once again attempts to pass her driver's test; and during his final days of elementary school, a forgetful Brick is reminded by Vice Principal Dunlap (Marion Ross) that he's the class historian and is responsible for putting together a slideshow highlighting the last four years of school for the school assembly, on the Season Finale of "The Middle," WEDNESDAY, MAY 22 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue and Atticus Shaffer as Brick.

Guest starring are Marion Ross as Ms. Dunlap, French Stewart as Principal Cameron, BEAU WIRICK as Sean Donahue, John Gammon as Darrin, Galadriel Stineman as Cassidy, Brian Chenoweth as examiner, Jason F. Nott as Mr. B, Harrison Miller as Brian, Paul Bond as BMV employee, Taylor Mosby as student no. 1 and Matthew Jacob Wayne as student no. 2.

"The Graduation" was written by Tim Hobert and directed by Eileen Heisler.

  1. So I'm guessing this weird feeling that I've had for a while that Frankie is going to end up surprisingly pregnant now that Axl's going off to college isn't going to happen. Am pretty happy about that (It tends to happen in a lot of shows and I couldn't shake the feeling it that would happen).
