  7. Woohoo! Not shocked about TTP, was a little worried about The 100 not getting picked up but so glad it has been. This may be bad news for The Selection though.

  15. The CW wants to do shortened seasons and from what I've heard if one gets a pick-up both are likely to, and one will premiere when the other has finished.

  16. I hope they're both good like #Arrow is doing now ..

Why does the CW always pickup only one hour dramas they should pickup a comedy every once in awhile and try to have a 2 hour comedy block again. I don't think they've had a comedy since that Chris Rock show.

  21. YESSSSSSSSS! These are two of the ones I wanted the most! The Tomorrow People was a given but the hundred, which I actually want even more, was in question. So happy! Welcome Mark Pellegrino and Henry Ian Cusick! Yes yes yes!

  22. No. Dramas are better to stabilize the schedule, which is what the cw needs

  23. the "Tomorrow People" is my most anticipated new show so.. glad for the pick up.

  24. both shows look REALLY interesting

  25. The Tomorrow People should be paired with SPN and Arrow

  26. I just think they rely too heavily on drama and should go back to trying comedies. I think the last comedy they had even though it was an hour long was Reaper.

  27. this is the only show that seem interesting, i wonder how bad the selection turn out to be to them cancel it again this year¿? i mean the idea of the selection looks interesting i was hoping to watch it and in a lot of interviews the guy pedowitz or whatever his name is he always looked interest in the show

  28. While I understand the reasoning, I would hate for them to break the SPN and Arrow combo. Just pair The Tomorrow People with The Hundred on a new night and go crazy on its promotion!

  29. It is very hard for a netlet as the cw to get into the comedy business. For starters they would need to split their development efforts. So they would order much less drama pilots, meaning that their pool to choose shows from would reduce, thus meaning that (assuming they know how to pick) the quality of the dramas on the air would fall. Also, comedies are tricky because you need to promote 2 shows instead of 1 for 1 hour only (and a network with a budget as low as the cw has to take this type of stuff into account) and because you need both to work for the hour to work - what happens if one flops and the other doesn't? You need a replacement. But that may also not work. You can just throw repeats in there of a reality show. It is hard... They are better of using dramas until they are stable

  30. I feel those two have been in the lead for a while.
