Deadline is also reporting that CBS has decided not to pick up the Tad Quill & Julie Rottenberg comedy pilots

The Tad Quill project is a multi-camera comedy about a recently widowed father who raises his 12-year-old son while jumping back into the dating pool.

The Julie Rottenberg comedy is based on an Israeli format about a married mom who struggles to balance family, life and work.

    The Julie Rottenberg pilot sounds more like a cable drama to me.
