  5. I'll miss Apartment 23, Southland and Flashpoint.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Happy Endings it's the only show that was canceled that I really cared about but I thought Last Resort was the best new show of the fall.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Wellll since I didn't watch any of them... I'm pretty good, actually.

    ReplyDelete
  8. In my opinion Happy Endings and Golden Boy. And I still can't get over the cancellation of Partners when it was starting to get better.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I miss Happy Endings already! also sad about Go On, Smash and Last Resort

    ReplyDelete
  10. Bloody hell thats a long list!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Southland got cancelled again!? Damn it:( I loved Rules of Engagement too! I'm sad

    ReplyDelete
  12. Sam here about Partners. Everytime I hear the song "On Top of the World", I get sad.

    ReplyDelete
  13. So mad Malibu Country and CSI: NY got the axe too! They never gave Reba a chance this time!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yeah, it got cancelled yesterday.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Although it knew it was on the card Smash and The New Normal shocked me the most. These were some of my favourite shows :( I'm also sad about losing 666PA, PP, Guys with Kids and Touch

    ReplyDelete
  16. Partners and HTLWYP for me. They are the only shows I watched that got cancelled. I was really mad when Partners got cancelled, it got me hooked from the first episode. I was also starting to warm up to HTLWYP.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Honestly I expected every one of those series to be cancelled so none of their cancellations hurt me.

    ReplyDelete

Really? Which shows would have been painful for you to lose? It's just simple curiosity and not research for later.

    ReplyDelete
  24. CancellationBear11 May 2013 at 17:25

    I felt ambitious.

    ReplyDelete
  25. CancellationBear11 May 2013 at 17:26

I'm going to make sure it sticks this time.

    ReplyDelete
  26. CancellationBear11 May 2013 at 17:26

They're in a better place now...

Actually they're not I ate them.

    ReplyDelete
  27. CancellationBear11 May 2013 at 17:28

I may be biased but I'm pretty okay with it.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Happy Endings! Hurt like a bitch when i heard the news. USA better pick it up.

    ReplyDelete
  29. CancellationBear11 May 2013 at 17:32

Serial killers have pictures and newspaper clippings, I have this.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Happy Endings... It is, by far, my favorite comedy. Of course I knew it would get cancelled, and I have been preparing myself for it since the day I heard it would get a third season, but IT STILL HURTS. :c

    ReplyDelete
  31. Go On and Merlin. That's just...

    ReplyDelete
  32. Turns out I don't watch any of those shows. I got off easy this year.

    ReplyDelete
  33. InvestedInYourFuture11 May 2013 at 17:51

    Primeval New World :[

    ReplyDelete
  34. Not hurt so much this year Just Zero Hour, Red Widow, Apartment 23 and New Normal

    ReplyDelete
  35. CSI:NY was one of the best! And I loved The New Normal. I was looking forward to seeing Bryan and David raise their son and how Goldie and Shania would fit into the picture now that the baby is born.

As much as i loved Malibu Country, I'm not sure I'm gonna miss it that much. I will miss it though.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Don't trust the Bitch in Apartment 23. Best Comedy hands down

    ReplyDelete
  37. I only watched one show in this list, Happy Endings, so there. That's probably cause I don't usually start on network shows until they've reached a certain age and not in their first - dangerous - year.

    ReplyDelete
  38. It's not on the list, Star Wars The Clone Wars and Young Justice.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Happy Endings :( Followed by Apt 23.

    ReplyDelete
  40. There have been 10 painful cancellations for me this season :

    - Boss (2 seasons, 18 episodes - Starz).
    - Enlightened (2 seasons, 18 episodes - HBO).
    - SouthLAnd (5 seasons, 43 episodes - TNT).
    - Go On (1 season, 22 episodes - NBC).
    - Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (2 seasons, 26 episodes - ABC).
    - Happy Endings (3 seasons, 57 episodes - ABC).
    - Last Resort (1 season, 13 episodes - ABC).
    - Touch (2 seasons, 26 episodes - FOX).
    - The Cleveland Show (4 seasons, 88 episodes - FOX).
    - Ben & Kate (1 season, 16 episodes - FOX).

Among those 10 shows, Happy Endings is the only one that could very well stay alive (I'll believe the Boss and SouthLAnd 2-hour TV movies when I see them), hopefully USA makes a move.

Besides those 10 cancelled shows, 6 of my favorite shows had their final season :

    - Damages (5 seasons, 59 episodes - DirecTV).
    - Fringe (5 seasons, 100 episodes - FOX).
    - 30 Rock (7 seasons, 138 episodes - NBC).
    - The Office (9 seasons, 200 episodes - NBC).
    - Spartacus (4 seasons, 39 episodes - Starz).
    - The Big C (4 seasons, 40 episodes - Showtime).

And soon, Dexter, Breaking Bad, Futurama will be gone, and also Arrested Development, in fact (but before it ends (again) it has to return, and what a return it promises to be).

    ReplyDelete
  41. Touch, Happy Endings and Body of Proof for me :(

    ReplyDelete
  42. go on, happy endings and BEN AND KATE!

    ReplyDelete
  43. HAPPY ENDINGS :(

But luckily the pain is reversible, as long as another network picks it up! Come on USA!

    ReplyDelete
  44. I got lucky this year. I didn't watch any of them.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Oddly enough, I'm disappointed by very very few of this seasons cancellations. I liked Emily Owens, Apt. 23, Go On, and even Made in Jersey but I can live without all of them.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I'm sorta of sad because of Guys With Kids, Animal Practice, Rules of Engagement and Whitney. I'm sad because of Private Practice. Very sad because of Southland. But very very sad, angry and kinda pissed of because of Go On.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Go On and Happy Endings for me. At least Go On's finale could act as a series finale since Ryan made a lot of progress, so that lessens the sting just a bit. And hopefully Happy Endings will find a second life on cable.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I'm very disappointed that Go On was canceled. I'm also sad about Deception.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I still miss Private Practice, so that's definitely painful. And even though I expected it, Southland.

Will be forever fucking bitter about Go On.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Merlin, Go On, Don't Trust The B in apartment 23 & The New Normal.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Oddly enough this is the first year where a cancellation hasn't effected me, other then the heartbreaking cancellations of Fringe and The Office

    ReplyDelete
  52. Southland, Happy Endings, Go On, and then on a lesser scale Leverage and Last Resort

    ReplyDelete
  53. I really miss the show Leverage. The cast and crew were the best. Even though I discovered this show late, I looked forward to every episode once I did find it on ION. Now, I wear out the DVDs and buy every Leverage novel as it comes out. Sad that TNT sabatoged its only PCA award winning show & cancelled it.

    ReplyDelete
  54. A return of Leverage would be the best thing in the world!!! It carried 3 million viewers. It doesn't have to be TNT, either. Any network who would like to scoop 3 million viewers are more than welcome to make and offer!!!!!! A loyal fan!!!

    ReplyDelete
  55. The bottom line is this.................I think my checking out NEW network shows is OVER! C'mon Golden Boy....and Touch CANCELED???? WOW Networks.......I guess the ADULTS that pay the cable bills get squat to watch........or some mind numbing reality shows, talent shows, bachelor garbage....hey I guess we need more Broke Girls....yep that'll do it....Networks your making it easier every day for people to cancel their cable ...keep it up you'll help us 50+ folks save some money...wait a minute I can't cancel my cable because after all there are some top notch Cable shows on HBO Showtime and Starz.....maybe these pay stations can pick up some of our canceled shows and show these networks how to make them work.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Red Widow !!!! Needs to come back !

    ReplyDelete
  57. Happy Endings!!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Yay, only Leverage :'( Good year for me though :D

    ReplyDelete
  59. Leverage needs to be renewed!!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Merlin man, Merlin... It took me about a month to watch the finale, I just didn't want it end...

    ReplyDelete
  61. Made in Jersey - Didn't hurt as much as it didn't make sense why it had to be cancelled.
Body of Proof - Will just miss the series.

    ReplyDelete
  62. So sad about Go On. Such a funny show. I will definitely miss it!

    ReplyDelete
  63. ♥ Smash, Whitney, Emily Owens M.D ♥

    ReplyDelete
  64. 90210 and rules of engagement. I am gonna miss 90210 the most, 5 years of my life.. :(

    ReplyDelete
  65. Happy endings and Last Resort. I am still mad about those.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Happy Endings, Go On, Apt 23 and (even though it was aging and it was probably for the best of the show's posterity) Leverage.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Emily Owens M.D., 1600 Penn.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Yes, I agree. Leverage is a wonderful show. I watch via DVDs now. No regular TV for my family and me.

    ReplyDelete
  69. So sad that Flashpoint had to end. Also, sad that Leverage had to come to an end. I miss them both.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Happy Endings, no question. I'll also miss Don't Trust the B-.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Sad to hear about Southland and Merlin! Networks are making a mistake w/Happy Endings and Don't Trust. Emily Ownes, 666, Zero Hour. and Guys w/Kids didn't get a fair shot :-(

    ReplyDelete
  72. IIRC, Merlin was a decision to stop on the part of the producers. We knew that was gone about the time of the end of season four.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Last Resort. I was so angry about that, I stopped watching the show as soon as the cancellation was announced. I did not want to get any more invested in a series that wasn't gonna get its due.

    ReplyDelete
  74. disqus_tRyqCJ5IE612 May 2013 at 08:51

Leverage, Leverage, Leverage, Only Leverage! Damn I Miss Leverage!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Only 90210, because I watch this, the rest? Not so much for me.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Deception, Golden Boy, Monday Mornings and Leverage.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I rally miss Leverage. Best of all. I love Leverage and I want back!

    ReplyDelete
  78. CSI: New York and Leverage. new networks need to save these shows! </3

    ReplyDelete
  79. Leverage was such a great show. It had decent ratings despite the 8 or 9 time and day changes, and it was a show the whole family could watch together with great scripts. We thank you Dean, John, Chris, Tim, Gina, Christian, Beth & Aldis for a great 5 years. Can we have more, please?

    ReplyDelete
  80. Debbie the Dinosaur12 May 2013 at 18:37

Leverage because they were about to air the last episode of the season and then they were like 'oh hey this is the last episode ever'. Also I just really miss that show

    ReplyDelete
  81. Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, The New Normal, 90210, 666 PA, Partners.
The New Normal had a happy nice ending so im not that mad

    ReplyDelete
  82. Very nicely said, Lori! I fully agree and would add that this show was any thing but a cookie cutter show. It was truly unique in every way, shape and form!

    ReplyDelete
  83. I think that TNT has made a HUGE mistake in canceling Leverage, Southland, and Monday Mornings! I say this because TNT has really not made the effort to attend to their viewers. The Leverage fans knew Leverage's contract was up and for 4 months asked for a renewal. In that time Leverage had been nominated for a People's Choice Award for Best Cable Drama. On 12-21-2012 it was announced that Leverage was canceled and the last episode aired on 12-25-2012! Four days notice! I have not watched TNT since. On 1-9-2013 Leverage won the People's Choice Award for Best Cable Drama: This was/is a first for the PCAs, winning AFTER cancellation! Millions of people boycotted TNT after that, therefore, all of their shows are suffering. Perhaps TNT needs to pay more attention to polls like these and their own FB page! Can you hear us now, TNT?

    ReplyDelete
  84. I also liked Leverage but imo it was pretty bad the last two seasons. It's clear they ran out of ideas for cons and main story arcs.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Yes, Leverage. Given a bum deal. How does an award winning (PCA) show get cancelled?

    ReplyDelete
  86. Because networks care about demographics more than they do awards.

    ReplyDelete
  87. juni valentine13 May 2013 at 03:10

Alphas. although apparently it's not on the list. Also, Go On.
I won't say Merlin is cancelled. I thought the creators were planning for 5 seasons and it did.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Yes, you are right. It still feels so wrong though:-(

    ReplyDelete
  89. Monday Mornings, Vegas, Golden Boy, Leverage, CSI NY, Mob Doctor

    ReplyDelete
  90. I guess Burn Notice doesn't count yet... And I really liked the potential of Do No Harm

    ReplyDelete
  91. without the shadow of a doubt Leverage

    ReplyDelete
  92. Burn Notice starts its final season this year. First Flashpoint & Leverage now this-unbelievable:-(

    ReplyDelete
  93. Leverage and Body of Proof. Life will never be the same without my favourite crew stealing something!!! And I am so gonna miss Megan Hunt's shoes!

    ReplyDelete
  94. It was so sad that leverage ended it did not have a proper ending like most of these shows but that show was so different and now TNT the stupid ppl who cancelled it are addin a new show almost the same show but with a different cast it sounds dumb and even reviewers want leverage back it was tnts dumbest move ever to cancel that show

    ReplyDelete
  95. Not to mention it was the FIRST SHOW EVER to win a PCA after the show was canceled

    ReplyDelete
  96. thank god The Cleveland Show is over.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Futurama is hurtful, but we know it will be reincarnated someday. We have hope.

    ReplyDelete
  98. I was so upset when I heard NO SEASON SIX of leverage....Great show with quality plots & such good chemistry among the cast...I was watching the characters & relationships grow and was looking forward to watching what happens next.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Sandra Halgerson18 May 2013 at 14:41

Definitely Leverage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TNT made a BIG mistake to canceling it, only compounded by their total unwillingness and inability CORRECT THAT MISTAKE!!!!! TNT HAS NO RESPECT FOR ITS VIEWERS, THEREFORE I NO LONGER HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR THEM, NOR WILL I WATCH THEM!! BRING BACK LEVERAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  100. Leverage hit home the hardest for me... I literally loved and hated the last episode... I really want to see what happens next. Does the team need a new grifter? Does Parker have what it takes to handle the stress? What kind of effect will this new scheme have Parker/Hardison? I can't believe they are seriously considering allowing this show to come to an end, when so many things have only just begun.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Why is Fringe not on this list? Yes, they made a deal with Fox for those last 13 episodes, but still it was Fox that decided to end the show, not the producers.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Angelic Dragon龙 ッ6 July 2013 at 17:33

Leverage for me. But you are missing Warehouse 13. Yes WH13 has a 1/2 season left but it was cancelled. I will miss both of these shows. :(

    ReplyDelete
  103. Losing #Leverage was like losing part of my family! And it wasn't just me. Millions and millions of world wide fans feel the same way! In fact, we felt so strongly about #Leverage that we voted the show to a People's Choice Award for Best Cable Drama post-mortem: That is a first in PCA History. Since that time #Leverage has continued to collect post-mortem awards the most recent being the "Give Me My Remote" Best Series Finale Unplanned. Yes, losing #Leverage definitely hurt!

    ReplyDelete
  104. The cancellation of Leverage, and the way TNT went about it (and their continued lies about the reasons behind it) will ALWAYS hurt!

    ReplyDelete
  105. MERLIN!!!!
The ending broke my heart. I still cannot believe it ends like this.

    ReplyDelete
  106. They need to save Leverage! That cancellation is completely unfair. Tnt said it was due to ratings but they renewed Dallas, which had worse ratings so that's obviously a lie. Save leverage!!!
