Was certainly not expecting the Voight (sp?) twist of not really being dirty - whether he was once but isn't any more or has always been just trying to set up the rep of a dirty cop - makes the character a lot more interesting. Also wondering whether he genuinely regrets going to the lengths he went to over his son, whether his apology or whether the whole thing was part of the act.
And big Melissa Sagemiller fan... not a huge part of this episode but see her role picking up in PD. And glad Dawson's brother will be in PD... I expect there'll be quite a few appearances between the shows w/o actually crossing over storylines eg. at the bar.
No, me neither. Although, maybe one should have expected it, as he got out so early and got his job back IA does that kind of thing... I don´t know. Nice twist anyhow.
Melissa Sagemiller...?
I love Antonio! Not his sister so much, but...
Oh yes, the bar. Yeah, there will probably be at least a couple of scenes with characters from both shows there.
Yeah... I don't like the sister much either - the way she seemed to be chasing Casey then suddenly 180'd and hooked up with the other guy just seemed cheap.
Melissa Sagemiller is the actress playing the blonde female cop in the squad with Antonio and Voight... have seen her in a bunch of things in the past.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
can't wait for the fiNale .
ReplyDeleteBackdoor pilot for Chicago PD... it actually looks better than I was expecting... might have to add it to my list. :-)
