    Unfortunately the only way to do that would be to show less episodes before Christmas, maybe 8 instead of 10 and come back later in January or early February.
    the 3 week break, 1 new episode followed by another 3 week break was too much.
    maybe we'll get 24 eps next year

    Hint for next year, put a longer break between the two halves of your season. That way we can at least have two uninterrupted runs of new episodes!
