Again I couldn't resist watching this :( :( but Amazing scene! I hope this is not the "game changer" between Emma and Regina... I mean Emma have to come back so they can stop it together it would be so awesome and the start to a great change for the two of them and Regina ;)
Hard for me to feel bad for Regina when she was going to do the exact same thing Greg and Tamara did and now she can't because she and Henry are still there.
If she wants to redeem herself then I"d love for it to be something that she dind't cause first because of her petty vendettas.
The only reason I'm not swimming in an ocean of tears right now, is because I know she'll survive. But damn, this get sadder and sadder every time I see it.
"Everyone looks at me as the Evil Queen. Including my son. Let me die as Regina."
Oh, hit me in the gut with a sledgehammer, why don't you... ;(
Holy cow. That was good and a kick straight in the feels. What an amazing scene!
Many have said it all season, but if this doesn't drive the point home that Lana Parrilla and Jennifer Morrison need to have more scenes together again I don't know what does. Kudos, ladies. That was brilliant.
Emma's gonna come back and and when they touch like in the season premiere their magic is gonna be strong enough to save everyone. But I hope this time they'll be able to talk about what the hell this magic boost thing is that they got going on. But since it's the season finale... probably not. Too action packed for much talking, probably.
Betcha I'm gonna get down votes like crazy for this. But for me this platonic scene has much more emotional BAMM than all scenes of Emma with love interests.
Wow, I'm not a Swan Queen shipper but these two need more scenes like this together. This is brilliant. I hope Emma comes back and uses her own magic to take some of the edge off for Regina.
I guess this is the game changer, Emma finally saw the real Regina, not Mayor Mills, or Evil Queen. This is soooo good. "Let me die as Regina" just omg. Can't wait for scene in which Emma will go back to help her
Except, you know, she has to survive this so she can do what you suggest. Kind of hard to do it if she sits back and waits for somebody to save the town. Let's be a little reasonable... every redemption or good deed has to start somewhere. What is your ultimate sacrifice: letting somebody else do the job and risk dying, or choosing what she believes is certain death so others can live.
So yeah. Doesn't look like she is doing this to save HERSELF - how does she do that by killing herself? She is doing this for Henry. Her fault? Yes. But also the ultimate attempt to correct her mistake.
Dying for somebody is cliché storytelling but at the end of the day, Regina is somebody who has always fought so she can survive and selfishly get her own pain soothed and what she believed was her happiness. And here she is now, wanting to die as Regina so Henry, and the others, can live.
She's far from good but damn, she is the one I feel bad for the most.
I like this scene but I want to see scenes with Regina and Snow because it all started with them not Emma I know Regina won't die but it's nice to see her try to make up for the things she done she my favorite character besides Snow
That is SO predictable, isn't it? ;) Still, this looks like a great scene. I've been waiting for Regina to finally choose "good". And, Regina's willingness to sacrifice her life to try to save her son (& maybe the rest of town?), will be a great way to somewhat redeem her. At least it'll make it more plausible for the others to accept her, in time for season 3. I'm totally looking forward to this episode now!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Uh huh. Fifty bucks says Emma's magic is going to save Regina.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how not to ship them. I just really don't.
ReplyDeleteI just hope Regina is going to survive that!

ReplyDeleteI was just going to type that. It's obvious she will come back for her and join her magic with Regina and save everyone
ReplyDeleteOh my god. What a punch in the feels!! :OOOOOO

ReplyDeleteDitto!
ReplyDeleteIt's about time Regina took responsibility for her own actions. I've been waiting all season long.

ReplyDeletelooove it!!!!
ReplyDeleteit sucks that Emma´s probably gonna be the hero, but still
Love Regina's last line!!!
I love Regina, and really don't want her to die. That said, this scene was beautiful. And I wouldn't mind as much if this was the end for her.
