    It seems like a great movie. But I don't know if I can watch it: I am the kind of person that criticises when there is sound on space or that they can move like they are on the ocean, stuff like that

    Yes, sound bothers me as well. However, in this case it doesn't seem like she is moving as if she was in the ocean. At the end of the video, the fact that she keeps spinning at constant speed is scientifically correct: it is a clear example of conservation of the angular momentum.
