The showrunners of HBO’s Game of Thrones took time between crafting the hit fantasy drama to pen an episode of FX’s hyperventilative long-running comedy It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

HBO confirmed this tweet from It’s Always Sunny co-creator and co-star Rob McElhenney, who included a pic of himself along with Thrones writers David Benioff and Dan Weiss

    By the way, does anyone know if Season 9 will consist of the standard 13 episodes or just ten like Season 8?
