    Just a generic procedural helmed by Blair Underwood in a wheelchair. I won't be surprised if it does okay ratings wise, but I doubt it will be appointment TV

    Looks like your run of the mill procedural (just with a detective in a wheelchair), I doubt I'll check it out, I'm not very big on procedurals.
