    I think the replicator is the guy that was wrongfully arrested in the case that ruined Blake's reputation. It makes sense if Strauss is killed and Blake gets kidnapped because they were responsible for getting the wrong guy arrested and that guy wants revenge on them for ruining his life just like what happened to the unsub the Replicator was controlling in ep 8x16.

    I think it's the son of the guy who was wrongfully arrested in the case that ruined Blakes career. It makes sense since Blake is the one kidnapped. I think may have seen him too in the episode where Blake was teaching a class. Remember the replicator had video footage of her class. She was talking about exceptions to rules, her phone beeped and o e of ger students reminded her that there were no cells allowed in class. She told him jokingly that she was the exception to the rule. He was a blonde guy and he looked a bit smug too. I could be wrong but there was just something off about him and that whole sequence of interaction between him & Blake. Can't wait to see what actually happens.
