CBS is tight lipped as usual but word is that the network, which on Friday picked up four new comedy series and two dramas, has pared down the pool of pilots that are still in contention. I hear still alive on the drama side are cop drama Backstrom and the NCIS: LA spinoff. On the comedy side, talks continue for Friends With Better Lives, while word is the Jim Gaffigan pilot may be retooled/reshot.

Super Clyde???
ReplyDeleteMy guess re-tooled for midseason
ReplyDeleteAww I really wanted Super Clyde! Rupert Grint is perfect for that role. Oh well, at least there is The Crazy Ones.
ReplyDeleteI loved Red Team I will love this spin off!!!
ReplyDeleteDid they kill The Surgeon General yet? I'm not one for medical drama's, but I like John Isaacs enough that I would give it a shot.
ReplyDeleteJohn Corbett is a tool - hope he's going back in the toolbox and not on the show.
ReplyDeleteWas not a fan overall of the backdoor pilot - not sure I'd bother if it got picked up except for crossover episodes.
ReplyDeleteNo news about it, so far.
ReplyDeleteThanks for getting back to me. I'll will be on the look out then :)
ReplyDelete*cries for Clyde*
ReplyDeleteThey missed the boat not signing Super Clyde...should be shopped elsewhere. Definitely one to give a shot to
