CBS has ordered six new series for the 2013-14 season, including the Robin Williams-Sarah Michelle Gellar comedy Crazy Ones and the Josh Holloway-Marg Helgenberger drama Intelligence.
Also getting a green light are Jerry Bruckheimer’s conspiracy thriller Hostages and the sitcoms Mom (Anna Faris!), The Millers (Will Arnett!) and We Are Men (Monk!).

Nice pickups for cbs!
ReplyDeleteYay for The Crazy Ones and Intelligence!! CBS should also pick up Super Clyde.
ReplyDeleteSMG and Josh Holloway are back on my TV! I am excite!
ReplyDeleteDoes it mean that Backstrom and The Advocates are dead?
ReplyDeleteso that other 2 dramas would probably be Beverly Hills Cop and NCIS Red? is it a foregone conclusion that any of the others won't get picked up?
ReplyDeleteI wonder if this means Beverly Hills Cop got passed on
ReplyDeleteCrazy Ones, Mom, Intelligence, and Hostages! Thank you CBS!
ReplyDeleteI would give Backstrom a look just for Mamie Gummer, but I'm already more than pleased with the CBS pilots.
Not usually a fan of CBS shows but may give the Josh Holloway drama a chance because I miss him.
ReplyDeletecomedy block to be expanded, Hostages to be a limited series?
ReplyDeletei think it will only be 1 more drama not 2 i guess Bev.
ReplyDeleteFinally! a serialized show on CBS! yay for Hostages! havent followed anything on CBS since Harper's Island
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing the surgeon general didn't make it
ReplyDeleteI am crossing my fingers that NCIS 3 won't get picked up the pilot was boring
ReplyDeleteYAY we'll have Josh Hollloway back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPPY!!!!!!and Happy Dance!!!!
ReplyDeleteCBS apparently want to make changes to the cast, so it could be left on the shelf for now
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing 1 more drama at least will be picked up yet
Planning to check out Crazy Ones, Hostages and Intelligence(!!).
ReplyDeleteStill hoping for Super Clyde. Rupert Grint!!
Hostages will be 13 episodes run, so probably 2 more dramas picked up for the fall to go with Intelligence. Most likely Beverly Hills & NCIS red. Rest is probably dead
ReplyDeleteI hope not, because I want to see this one.
ReplyDeleteGlad Intelligence made the cut!
ReplyDeleteThat will be on my weekly watch list I'm fairly sure!
I will check out the sitcoms, but I'm not sure I will be watching any other new CBS shows regularly.
I may check out Crazy Ones, but Robin Williams is either completely annoying or completely brilliant with no middle ground and SMG is all middle ground and very rarely brilliant (Buffy the obvious exception) or terrible! XD
Hostages has a little promise, but does not grab me.... yet.
What does this mean for Super Clyde?
ReplyDeleteYay Intelligence
ReplyDeleteYES!!!!! I think he'll be great opposite M.O.!!
ReplyDeleteI hope they put it on Thursdays with POI!!
Does anyone know anything one way or the other about The Ordained yet?
ReplyDeleteSeems like we have a decent crop of shows coming our way! After the year we had we all deserve it!!!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteNot necessarily. CBS isn't done ordering new shows yet.
ReplyDeleteWhat about Reckless? Just wondering cause it's Georgina Haig. You know I'm still living in the Fringe World :)
ReplyDeleteI'm in for Intelligence and Te Cray Ones. I was also hoping for Clyde though.... :(
ReplyDeleteOh yeah , Crazy Ones !!! (you better watch this guys!!) Like always CBS give us nice new shows.
ReplyDeleteDoes Anyone Know What Is Going On With #NCISRED.
ReplyDeleteDylan James not heard any news yet.
