I'm already getting an "Originals (and Hayley) vs. everyone else" vibe from this spinoff.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the share can't wait to see it.
ReplyDeleteI don't really think that we would see much of The Vampire Diaries cast except for Nina Dobrev because of Catherine, because at least in my opinion the series is being created to understand The Originals and their live leading to their introduction in the Vampire Diaries. Because for a 1000 years they can tell many stories and more importantly to show us why they are like this, why they act like this and most importantly what makes them thick and their loyalties.
ReplyDeleteI'm speaking of what will be going on in New Orleans in the present on the series, not just in this backdoor pilot episode. I'm aware there will be flashbacks aplenty on the potential new series but the show won't just be an Originals history lesson.
ReplyDeleteAha ok.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I am not looking foward to in the orignals is Hayley. I can't stand that she-wolf and it's not even in a fun "love to hate" kind of way either. :(
ReplyDeleteYeah me2..
ReplyDeleteYeah me2..
ReplyDeleteohh i wonder what type of message katherine asks rebekah(of all people) to tell i'm 100% sure it's elijah damnit i wanted more of them
ReplyDeleteI'm calling it right now. This "plot" against them is definitely engineered by Marcel.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping that they use the spin-off as a means to reboot the character a little. Her role on The Secret Circle was one of the better characters, and I think she's just a little lost in The Vampire Diaries because there were a few additions this season (Hayley, Shane, April) that felt a little shoehorned. With the show losing a fair chunk of core cast members this season, I'm hoping they can add in a couple of new characters that feel a little more natural.
ReplyDeleteUh oh. Something tells me Elijah's gonna kill a main character. Not sure what else he'd want redemption for. Bonnie, maybe? :(
ReplyDeleteHe wants his brother to find redemption, not redemption for himself.
ReplyDeletemaybe... maybe she is a descendant of Klaus' werewolf bloodline.. I don't know but I hate Hayley..
ReplyDeleteOH!!! Sry, misread that.
ReplyDelete"maybe... maybe she is a descendant of Klaus' werewolf bloodline."
ReplyDeleteThat would make the one night stand they had a little awkward.
I don't see how that's possible. Mikael killed Klaus' biological father and his entire family over 1,000 years ago (Elijah told Elena that in Season 2) along with half the village (which Rebekah told Elena in Season 3).
ReplyDeleteGood memory on you. I guess that rules that possibility out completely.
ReplyDeleteNo worries, happens to everybody :)
ReplyDeleteMe too. Her character is not interesting and I sure hope that her one night stand with Klaus doesn´t mean that she will be his love interest.
ReplyDeleteTo be fair though, both Caroline and Tyler were pretty dull, one-note characters for an entire season of TVD before they actually got the writing and screen-time to be anything else.
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna give her a chance.
We want Silas, no one wants the cure storyline anymore! I hate Julie Plec, what the hell is she doing with TVD? That's not good.
ReplyDeleteWell I don't think he had kids so it wouldn't be a direct long lost descendant but good point
