  3. I actually don't...
As painful as it will be if they follow history it is undeniably a fitting end. If they backtrack the story will lose a lot of its emotional punch.

  7. Ah sob.. Crixus the undefeated Gaul.......much gratitude .........Spartacus Gannicus...............too choked up.....I knew it was coming but it will be so hard to watch..... If Spartacus must die I pray that his beloved wife will be there to accompany him to the after life.............Gannicus...........may Oenymus be there to greet you as well and if Naevia dies Crixus should be there as well .....I weep for the end of a great show draws nigh....thank you Starz and thanks you Andy (original Spartacus) for a wonderful series.

  8. Historically, Spartacus' body was never found. I hope that he gets a happy ending, although I will not hold my breath. In the beginning of the season, Crassus killing his gladiator slave and holding him while he died seemed a foreshadowing of the upcoming Victory episode. Perhaps, Crassus' battle with Spartacus will end in the same manner.
