NBC has rescheduled the Revolution episode that was bumped on Monday night by news coverage of the Boston Marathon bombings — and in doing has pushed the show’s season finale to June.
“The original episode of Revolution that was scheduled to air last night will air next week (4/22) at 10/9c and all subsequent episodes will ripple accordingly,” says an NBC spokesperson. “Viewers will not miss anything in the ongoing storylines. The new season finale will now [air] one week later on Monday, June 3 at 10/9c.”
As originally scheduled, Revolution‘s season ender was to air May 27, already five days after the May Sweeps ratings period ends.

Good!!!
ReplyDeleteAt least The Glades and Longmire ratings wont get hurt when they premiere May 27th
I don't think Revolution would've affected either 1 of those shows.
ReplyDeleteAt least we are not going to miss anything.
ReplyDeleteThe schedule has undergone a... Revolution!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'll let myself out now. ;)
Hahaha! If it never aired it might have caused a Revolution!
ReplyDeleteYa but i still don't like the fact its gonna air on monday's know lol
ReplyDeleteYeah, but The Voice is the one dominating Mondays, so that's more of a competition.
ReplyDeleteGood! I was trying to figure out a way they could double up the next two episodes, but it wasn't happening. Sucks that the finale is so late, though.
ReplyDeleteWell, let's see. Bumps it back a week, but it gets it off Memorial day, so that's a plus. Maybe now we can get a renewal, NBC?
ReplyDeleteHah! :D
ReplyDeleteI thought they might just air it on Saturday, but I guess this works too.
ReplyDeleteI don't watch the voice or american idol bc i hate both of those shows and any reality shows that airs on the major network and bc of the reality shows good shows get cancelled and the executives at FOX.NBC.ABC still follow the Nelson Rating which has outlived it's purpose lol we got freaking DVR's now and i bet the DVR ratings see's more action then chuck norris now see's lol
ReplyDeleteNBC is in a position where it shouldn't even be worried about whether something as outdated as sweeps. Revolution does well enough that advertisers will still pay decent money I would think.
ReplyDeletehaha we are so punny! :-)
ReplyDeleteSometimes I can't resist! ;-)
ReplyDeleteYeah, but unfortunately that's the way things are.
ReplyDeleteLet's riot and create our own network lol
ReplyDeleteLol.
ReplyDeleteThat way we can be our own bosses lol
