  1. Loved this ep! It was anything but a Brittastrophe...

ALways happy to see more of Jeff and Britta... Really glad to see some growth for Britta as well... Pierce surprised me tonight.. More eps like that and I would be actually sad to see the character go... Abed's storyline was fun as well, but a little cliché imho...

  3. Definitely felt like good ol' Community, great episode. Abed found a girl who's like him, Troy did classic hijinks in the background, there was a dance! I'm liking that Pierce is kind of reconciling/being nice to everyone before he leaves. Last week it was Jeff, now it's Britta, I like it. I don't like Jeff/Britta as a couple, but I do like them as friends, it's nice to see Jeff be nicer too while still bringing his Winger charm/sarcasm.

  4. It was a good up until the girl arrived to sing, forget her name. From there it got too cheesy

  7. I liked all of Abed's meta references. Community has always been meta.

  8. I really loved this probably my second favourite ep this season after the Thanksgiving one.

  9. I'm so happy to say I loved everything about this episode.

Pierce was great in this episode, much like last week at the barber's shop with Jeff. A bit of a redemption after turning him into this full-on, unlikeable racist guy in most of the first 6 episodes (yep, I did like Pierce in the first three seasons, even when it was obvious he was sort of the bad guy, but in season 4 he had been unbearable and it was all due to one-note writing).

Brie Larson is awesome, and her role was excellent. I wish there had been a cheese reference with Alison Brie's Annie though, like an end tag where it's just the two of them eating brie (with Shirley and Abed, given that they were all involved in this side of the story). They played with sitcom tropes so well with this double date thing, it was smartly written.

Jeff sending a non-sarcastic text and changing the meaning of "britta"ing something was a really funny/sweet way to end the episode. A Britta-centric was appealing to me and her getting her way at the end was so great. I love when she takes crap from everyone but it's great to see her succeeding too.

This episode definitely made me happy, it's the best episode of the season.

  10. Woah that's awesome that there was a different end tag on iTunes. I think the one that aired had the puppet tag as sort of a draw for people to tune in next week.
