    I think that although the damage was on Ziva's side, Tony is going to get hurt the most. That would just be better television. Bad stuff happening to Ziva is a little too common now.

    They did say we'd be seeing the whole team/cast gathered in the autopsy room, I just hope it isn't because one of them is lying on that cold, hard, steel table. Michael has got a contract at least until the end of season 11, so it can't be Tony, can it? And I really don't think they'll be killing Ziva. They already killed Kate and Jenny in the finale season, killing another female agent would be a little too much, or maybe they are and because they've done it before the fans would think it'd be too unpredictable for them to do it again, and we still don't know anything about Cote's contract. FUCK!!!

    Lets see... They're hurt but not fatally. The accident was not accidental. Guy behind the wheel was dead before the crash (the reason he's in NCIS's morgue and not the city's. ) Just my prediction....

    Ugh... NCIS really hides those "moments" or has something interrupt them. We might not ever know what Ziva was about to tell Tony, but the words "I Love You." come to mind. Just the thought of that, more so, feeling that cause of the acting... #$%#^&*

    Gibbs call me, I want to jump in the car when you go take them down.

    My thoughts on who and what... The bad guy "Bodner" (sp?), killed the agents transporting his brother and maybe even his brother to protect himself. It'd make no sense for them to have this happen randomly.

    i knw this is a jump. but i think that they purposely withheld the fact that cote de pablo already signed her contract, just for this moment. but if i'm wrong....all hell is about to break loose

    1) Is the actor who played Eli David dead? If not, I don't believe Eli is dead.
    2) The new Mossad Director was behind Eli's "assassination".
    3) Dinozo will be the more seriously injured of the two...he will have SCARS on that pretty face...a bit for a prom-king to get around....

    I've looked through the trailer in slow-mo like 50 times, and as far as I can see, the pictures only show Gibbs and McGee, and then some other NCIS-agent, that are entering the house... No Tony or Ziva. Totally agree, that if Tony walks away with some scratches, I'm gonna be furious!! In my book it would make the most sence, if Tony had the worst injuries from the crash. That would fuel Gibbs' need for revenge + they would all have to think about how far is too far, if your desire for revenge ends up hurting the people closest to you!

    But the car hit the passengers side,so if anyone gets seriously injured or dies its more than likely to be Ziva not Tony who gets injured/killed.


    I don't think Tony is with Gibbs and McGee either,i think they are both in the hospital,or home recuperating.

    Shmeil is behind it - he convinced Bodnar to have Eli asasinated and was trying to take out Tony with the crash. Tony bringing him up in 'Berlin' solidified this theory. Wild speculation, sure, but I don't trust the old guy. And Bodnar,doesn't seem as "in-charge" as we're lead to believe. S just wasn't expecting Ziva to be in the passenger seat. I'll likely get slammed for this theory ... but all others seem too obvious, and not nearly enough end-of-season WTF-ish.

    And I think Ziva will be declared dead in "Revenge" as a rousse to draw out Bodnar/Shmeil/others.

    The actor got arrest for domestic abuse so I guess that NCIS wanted to distance themselves from him. So I'm guessing he is really dead. Just saying.

    Well my prediction was somewhat true, in fact it was Bodnar who was the driver, but AandG you right about the morgue...the getaway driver was the one.
