    Jackson is too stressed and all abt business these days. I like when he takes control but I hate seeing him on that board. I'm so glad to see most of the doctors standing behind Bailey especially Meredith. Bailey helped them through so much when they were interns/residents doing stupid things like cutting LVAD wires. Thank God for a cafeteria scene. I love those scenes. That's where the funniest moments happen and all the gossip is spilled. I can't wait for Thursday:)

    Right!!! He is just all business and i hate seeing him not have any friends. The episode was really, really great!!! Probably the best of the season so far.
