    I know there's been a change of order but maybe some people doesn't, so I think it's better if it saidthat this promo is actually from 5x22 and not 5x21.

    time for that time again, hold off watching till season ends, and watch after so u don't have to be pissed for a week in between episodes. started this hold off plan season 2 i think when that demming dude came.

    I don't think she is screwing anything yet (until I see the entire episode)
    anyway, I kind of hope she says the ILU/you're the one that I love thing in this episode (even if we heard her say that in the 5x21 promo)

    Ohhh you better be the one to stop that from going any further, Kate. If someone else has to stop it for you then that's a problem. But then again Castle promos are notoriously misleading. Still, from a psychological point of view it's understandable why she'd be trying to, however unwittingly, sabotage her relationship with Castle. He's the most significant relationship she's ever had and I think that scares her.

    After watching it closely a few times you can definitely see Beckett start to back away before the cut. Just as he presses his lips to hers, she moves away. It's kind of hard to tell with this stretch video, but with the normal video it's easy to see.

    ABC is always misleading when it comes to promos! And then again the speak in this one might actually be very true. The only thing it mentioned was Castle, if Beckett was supposted to be conflicted about these two men, that would have been the focal point of the promo. Less than a week ago Andrew Marlowe said that it would be really fun to watch Castle jealous. I firmly believe that this episode will 'just' be a catalyst for Castle and Beckett to examin their relationship. Besides if something were to happen, I don't think ABC would have switched the order of the episodes. And finally the writers of the show has always been very aware of making the C/B relationship very organic, and just because of that I highly doubt something will happen!

    I remember reading that this episode was "light toned"...if things are what they look from the promo, there is nothing light about it; so I won´t say anything before watching the whole thing! But I think this episode and the one before the final are kind of a set up to the final clifhanger and if so, the change episodes order will take to continuity issues...

    Give the girl a chance... !!! You all remember on episode " Cloudy with a chance of murder (5.02epi), when Beckett found Castle & Kristina Coterra all " tangle-up" he was not unfaithful to her.
    Let all wait until Monday & not get to an early conclusion about this ( even though the guy "Erik Vaughn" is brotherly -handsome). She can be vulnerable after all.
    ... Castle will be consumed with jealousy perfectly logical ,at times like these we all can detect that not all intentions are without malice,So Please Castle,do not let your guard down.
    I just glad that we will have a new episode & not a repeated one. Its not enough that the series will go on hiatus for the summer soon.

    You know these past few days, there has been so much negativity and drama concerning one SMALL promo that doesn't even show the entire scene. Some fans have even gone as far as to calling Beckett a cheater and a sl*ut. That IS where I draw the line. Let's just wait and watch the episode before making judgements or as I would say rude comments. She is the one who made the big step when she came to his loft in Always, not the other way around. She finally realized that she wanted to be with Castle so why would she screw up what they have together for some random guy who is only going to be in this one SINGLE episode? I remember when everyone thought that Castle was going to cheat on Beckett with the reporter in Cloudy. Did that happen, NO. It seems to me when an intense episode or an episode like this one occurs, people flip out to the extreme. (Examples: Cloudy, Probable Cause, After Hours, Significant Others). Marlowe would never betray Beckett nor Castle as a cheater because if you remember, Castle has been cheated on by Meredith so why would Marlowe put him through that again? Marlowe has stated that he wasn't going to play the breakup/makeup game concerning Caskett. I mean why would he spend 4 years of having them dance around their feelings for each other just to break them up after almost 1 year of dating? It just doesn't make sense. (Hint: The season finale "Always") He knows how much we have waited for them to be together and personally if he did break them up, he knows that he would probably lose viewers and the ratings would drop. We knew that once they got together, it wasn't going to be a smooth ride for them as a couple.

    It depend if the show decides its the new continuity or not. Like if the episode ordre will be this one before the ''old''' 5x21 on the DVD or when they aired the episodes on another channel later. During the writer strike 5 years ago I saw many show switching episodes order and they kept the order they aired as the new order

    If we're lucky there won't be a continuity problem.

    Agree 100%. Let's not jump to unfounded conclusions. I think Marlowe has enough common sense to know that if he allowed Beckett to kiss this guy, it would represent a majestic betrayal of Castle. The ensuing loss of viewers would be equally majestic!
