Sounds like every episode of Blue Bloods - Danny being a badass detective and wholesome Jamie getting into an ethical bind after ultimately doing the right thing. Add lots of Tom Selleck moustache wiggling and the episode is complete.
ReplyDeleteYou say that like it's a bad thing? :)
ReplyDeleteAlthough I could definitely see Danny needing to "loosen up" a bit, with Jamie becoming a bit more "badass".
Wow, great seeing Jamie's name on a press release other than just seeing it at the list of series regulars. Hope this becomes something more "regular" on the show.
ReplyDeleteI wish there was more family stuff in these episodes or at least an overarching story line for the season. It's turning into just another cop show procedural, case by case, episode by episode, which makes me sad because it started out so well! And we always get so much Danny and a little bit of everyone else, I'd love it if the family interacted outside of the Sunday dinners a little bit more.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. I've love the show to spread the storylines and show's focus around the whole family, and not so much on Danny. Right now, it's basically 'The Danny Show' with recurring dad & brother, and guest starring the other family members.
