CAT DISCOVERS HER MOM MIGHT STILL BE ALIVE - On the anniversary of her mother's death, Cat (Kristin Kreuk) asks Gabe (Sendhil Ramamurthy) to attend her family's annual remembrance of Vanessa, which makes Vincent (Jay Ryan) incredibly jealous. Cat learns some information that makes her think her mom might still be alive and when a sniper shoots the mayor at a public event, Vincent finds evidence that links Gabe to the sniper. Austin Basis, Nina Lisandrello and Brian White also star. Mairzee Almas directed the episode written by Holly Henderson and Don Whitehead (#119)

- Vincent shouldn't be jealous. He should be worried about Cat's safety.
- I know she's not a popular character but where the hell is Heather? Is she still in bed where Catherine left her back in February?
I thought this kind of story line about her mother would pop up but I don't think she's alive, I think it's more Cat's wishful thinking.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you about Cat, stop trusting Gabe dammit. Vincent has the super senses and if he says he can't be trusted LISTEN TO HIM. When has his senses about another person been wrong before?
LMAO about Heather, I think she went to stay with her dad after Darius' death but in this episode I'm sure there will be a lot of Heather and that's great for me, I love Heather.
Wishful thinking is my guess as well.

ReplyDeleteCat needs to trust in Vincent's instincts and stay away from Gabe. She probably feels sympathy for him since his mom was killed too. Remember Cat has a huge heart! I'm sure by the end of the episode she will believe Vincent.
ReplyDeleteI doubt her mom is alive, but wouldn't put it past these writers. They love throwing us curve balls. Maybe Vincent has some info about her mom?!?!
I wouldn't count Evan out yet, maybe he isn't in this episode due to a long recovery.

why on earth would Cat invite Gabe to any event with her??, Vincent has all the reasons in the world to be mad and jealous.

ReplyDeleteI agree. Personally, I'm not a big fan or the "you thought they were dead but, surprise" story lines. Hopefully the writers won't do that. I admit I look forward to seeing Vincent a little jealous, hopefully nobody dies....I don't think Cat would like that! lol :) We have seen him get jealous in the past, but he never really had the right before. Now with them together is a different story. Should be fun.....as long as they work it out. Judging by the finale's kissing pic on etalk, things will.
ReplyDeleteIt’s a mystery why Cat would trust him! But maybe when we see the ep well understand? What I do know is that I will LOVE watching Vincent come to her rescue....again. :) I hope Cat makes it up to him for not trusting his instincts. :/

ReplyDeleteHow can she suddenly trust Gabe? She already told him she didn't trust him in Partner's in Crime. But you can't trust the writers who can give the characters amnesia.
ReplyDeleteIt's a ridiculous notion that Cat's mother is still alive unless they find her in the bowels of Muirfield. Kind of reminiscent of Revolution?

ReplyDeleteCat needs to listen to her man and not believe Gabe he is using her for himself. I'm hoping Vincent can get her turned around or something but to be mad at him for being jealous just not good! After everything they both have been through not to listen to Vincent!
