    Don't get me wrong, I rarely feel sorry for Stefan either. Those two have gotten away with the murder of innocent people waaaaay too many times for me to feel bad for them when they hit a rough spot.

    He isnt gonna leave, he is still the main character and they will not create him another SL somewhere else. Another love interest is possibility (even very slim because they believe DES triangle is the heart of show-which isnt) but he will definitely NOT leave.

    i dont say he will leave the show :) what i mean when he is going to be sure elena has her humanity back,he will give a space to elena and himself.because what happened to him is not easy thing,you know,he lost his girl to his brother,i can understand him he doesnt want to live with them in the same house.he doesnt want to stick around.he wants to experience a life without elena,and he wants elena to experience a life without him.during season he cant leave so end of the season we can see him leaving.

    he is not abondoning her,when elena gets her humanity back,she will remember her feelings for damon.so he leaves elena to damon.in a way he doesnt want to play anymore.he is giving a chance for delena.

    Yes, she will have Damon. But she lost so much and will still be hurt and depressed when her humanity is back. She's gonna need Stefan. Not as a lover but as a friend. Like Caroline needed him and he needs her.

    Okay, maybe "abandon" was a bit strong. He won't say "I don’t care if you need my help, I'm out of here". But he will leave her, when she needs all the support she can get.

    And don't forget, that she won't have just to get over Jeremys death. She killed. Not the first (although Connor and Kol don't really count – self-defense) and not the last time.

    I have a feeling Stefan will genuinely want to pack up and go, but something will happen that makes him stick around. Whether it's something Silas related or not.

    This promo doesn't look very appealing to me. But TVD has been great lately, so I will give it a shot and say I am still excited. But they should come up with a better promo for the hiatus

    i think stefan will leave town.he will be sure that elena gets her humanity first than he will leave.he owes het that much.because she didnt abondone him when he lost his humanity

    Yeah, that'll happen. Damon tried to leave, but couldn't. Sure Stefan can say or plan on leaving, but something will happen and he won't leave. But planning on leaving count's too. Or not? I don't think he'll go. Elena will need him when her humanity is back, right? And even if he plans on moving on (which is good), he's not the type that would abandon her if she needs him.
