    Are you sure it's even Caroline? Maybe its Silas playing mind tricks on Klaus or maybe he's just hallucinating because of the stake that's in his back. I just don't see Caroline torturing anybody, even Klaus.

    It doesn't look like Caroline to do something like that, that's true. Although he deserves it after all he did to her. But on the photos for the next ep you see a wounded Klaus with Caroline, holding pliers in her hand.
