    Is Naomi telling Cas to kill Dean? I speculate that Cas & Dean find the Angel Tablet in one of Lucifer's Crypts and Dean wants to give it to Kevin to translated.

    Maybe Cas shakes loose of his programming after beating up Dean and takes the Angel with him "somewhere" and not back to Naomi and this might be why Naomi "comes to Dean" in 8.19," looking for Cas" and the Angel Tablet.
