    I can't believe how popular Arrow is. I watched the first episode with high hopes, but by god the writing was atrocious. I was gutted too.

    I'm with you there. The season hasn't been great but neither has it been awful (like Season 7 and most of Season 6). It's been coasting as Ok for a long time.
