After the machine is set free ,we'll now if its evil or not..as it will be working autonomously for the first time that means root will succeed before getting killed of by one of the protagonists ...the best series ever,,,
Bear in mind that we are still going to have the standard procedural type episodes next season, so the machine won't go completely nutty. I think the Chinese will try to access the machine and it'll wage a war of its own to destroy the attack. I also think Reese and Finch will have to break into the machine's housing facility to protect and repair it, and that Root could help. Who knows. That's what I love about this show, everything is possible
God Mode is a state that video game programmers use to test the game. You can't be harmed by the environment of the game in anyway while you are in this mode. What I think is that Root or the Chinese would use the virus (we have been seeing the effects of it already) to screw with the machine's protocols. It's application and security layer maybe. So this might temporarily free the machine from it's operational constraints and put it in a state where no one, perhaps not even Finch could predict it's behavior. And it will be up to Finch and Reese to try and restore it back to it's original working state. It would be game changing for the show if that's what happens.
Wow, God Mode! That title alone is epic! That reminds me of God Mode you could use with a code in the original Doom to be invincible. That has to be something crazy that's going to happen to the machine when someone tries to attack it. Perhaps the machine will try to make itself completely protected from any outside influence by even cutting Finch's backdoor. That would certainly make for a really good cliffhanger.
Yeah, it's that application I run called Raptr. It automatically tweets the minute I start ''playing'' a game, even if I don't get further that the main screen. It's annoying as hell, I still haven't found how to turn it off. :(
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Awesome title.
ReplyDeleteWow, sounds like a great episode. The Machine turn against the government, maybe.
ReplyDeleteLike the Machine becomes more alive? Sounds good.

ReplyDeleteOh My... God.
ReplyDeleteSounds awesome and could mean a lot of things! :)
ReplyDeleteGod mode originally comes from video games I believe. It's usually a cheat were the player character becomes invincible.
I love it! No idea what it means, but still! ;)
