Zap2it has learned exclusively that Donovan will star as Austin, a childhood friend of Mel (Melissa Joan Hart) who moves back to town.
As her former next-door-neighbor, the two share a warm, bantering relationship that's easily reignited when he comes back into her life. She's interested in taking things to the next level when Joe (Joe Lawrence) discovers a potential complication. Expect to see Donovan in three episodes.
