One more date has been confirmed via Outtakes on Honolulu Pulse that episode 3.21 will be shown on April 29th. So now judging from sources and my guesses here are the remaining episode dates yet to be shown in the U.S. & Canada on CBS & Global :)

3.18 - 'Na Ki'i' (Dolls) - 18th March, 2013
3.19 - 'Hoa Pili' (Close Friend) - 25th March, 2013
3.20 - 'Olelo Pa'a' (Promise) - 15th April, 2013
3.21 - 'Imi Loko Ka 'Uhane' - 29th April, 2013
3.22 - 'Ho'opio' - 6th May, 2013
3.23 - 'He Welo 'oihana - 13th May, 2013
3.24 - 'No title' - 20th May, 2013 (Season Finale)

    If everything up to 3.21 is confirmed, that's the only order possible. At least we get the last 4 episodes in a row.
