    I guess this explains the "true colors" remark in press release for the episode:
    "Meanwhile true colors are revealed when Alex is forced to work with Jo's boyfriend on an ailing patient..."
    That guy really is a douche.

    This guy is a douche. Alex is one too but he owns up to who he is and knows when to let up on being a douche when he's at work for the most part.
