  3. I voted for Friday Night Lights but Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars were also great, mainly because of the witty dialogues.

  4. Gilmore Girls is classic, original and funny! It's my alltime favorite series and has brought me into the world of fandoms!

  5. Wow tough choice between Gilmore Girls, Veronica Mars, Felicity, Friday Night Lights and Parenthood. I have to go with Gilmore Girls because it combined one of my favourite actresses, with clever writing (even though it went wrong a little towards the end) and some really funny characters. Plus it was one of my first TV obsessions. I lived in South Africa at the time and were over a year behind in episodes and would read the scripts I found online and use screencaps to imagine what it would look like played out.

  8. Gilmore Girls and then Veronica Mars and The O.C. Gilmore Girls definitely had the best writing and dialogues from any show on this list..

  9. switched at birth, kyle xy, veronica mars, packed to the rafters and parenthood are all pretty good, but i think the one that tops them all is one tree hill! only seen two episodes of friday night lights (i want to watch more) and I'm also curious about felicity and party of five...

  10. is gilmore girls good? i haven't seen it, but I've seen all of one tree hill. is it similar to that?

  11. Veronica Mars, Brothers & Sisters, Gilmore Girls and Parenthood

  12. For me it's very good... I wouldn't say that it is very similar with one tree hill.. First of all the two leading characters are female and most of the series is heavily based on the female characters.. Also it's usually focused more on the comedy than the drama unlike one tree hill... The best thing about Gilmore Girls for me are the funny dialogues and the many quirky characters of the town that they live in..

  13. Easy choice for me Freaks and Geeks. It's my 3rd favorite series of all time. With only 6 votes so far most of you probably weren't even teenagers when it was on the air.

  14. Gilmore Gilrs by far. It's a shame it got a rather crappy final season, because it deserved much more.

  15. I voted Veronica Mars but I also loved Friday Night Lights as well. All on the list are great shows!

  16. Kyle Xy and One Tree Hill were the only 2 I watched.

  17. Friday Night Lights, probably my favourite show of all time.

  18. One Tree Hill, because Dan Scott was freaking awesome.

Kyle XY because the Jessi XX storyline elevated that show to a whole new level.

  19. Gilmore Girls, but I also loved Veronica Mars and Party of Five.

  20. Yeah those two were good. I recommend watching Parenthood, Switched At Birth, and Veronica Mars, you won't be disappointed by them (at least that's what I think...)

  21. Dan Scott is 'awesome'? Am I hearing this right? I thought he did some very 'un-awesome' things throughout the series, namely in the middle of Season 3!

  22. Friday Night Lights

  23. Hard to choose as there were 3 I loved. But Gilmore Girls. The best-written show ever.

  24. Yes, I want to do that. Right noe I'm catching up on Hart of Dixie. They are using a lot of the old set from Gilmore Girls :)

  29. Well from the list I watch Parenthood, Switched at Birth and watched Gilmore Girls, although when I think of family drama I think of Brothers and Sisters and 7th Heaven as well, with 7th Heaven, Brothers and Sisters and Parenthood probably tied for first

  30. Kyle XY is definitely my favorite series with its inspirational life changing messages, so much so that I am working with other fans to revive it. However, Gilmore Girls is definitely a quality show with wonderful witty writing, lovable quirky characters, and actors capable of delivering difficult dialogue.
