I understand Elena having problems with Becca. That bitch killed her! I don't think Damon would that the cure. He likes being a vampire. All the cool powers. And the only bad side effects are the sun and no kids (since the vamps can eat, which I think is unique in the mythology). He has the ring, so the sun is no problem. And he's not the family/father type.
Elena killed her first. Though they both don't refer to their actions as killing. Elena said she tried to dagger Rebekah and she also said Rebekah tried to kill her in the last episode. And I don't even think it's the reason why she is angry. And agree about Damon.
Are we here again? Elena never meant to kill Becca, just knock her out for a while. I still say that it wasn't okay what she did, but I understand. Becca was a risk they couldn't take. Becca meant to kill Elena. And she didn't even care if it means killing Matt too (didn't she had a soft spot for him back then? By the way: what happened with that? Did she even talk with Matt after April got her out of the coffin?)
I think she has a right to be angry at Becca. She doesn't trust her and she feels uncomfortable with her.
Again here: Elena never meant to kill Becca, just knock her out for a while. She could be brought back at any time. Elena knew that. Becca meant to kill Elena. And she didn't even care if it means killing Matt too. That Elena came back has nothing to do with Becca. It was just luck that Elena had Damons blood in her system. Would you still say the same if Elena wouldn't be back: Oh, Elena killed her first? I don't think so. I think Elena is not so mad at Stefan sleeping with someone else, I think, it's because it's Becca. Becca killed her and mocked about it, about seeing her dying again. And she mocked about killing Ric. And two eps back she tortured her and Stefan and Caroline for fun and compelled Ty to attack them. Forgot that? I think it's no wonder Elena has her problems with Becca on the mission. Wouldn't you?
Putting a dagger through someones heart and leaving them in a casket is a bit more than just knocking someone out, in my opinion.
And yeah, Elena coming back as a vampire has nothing to do with Becca. Have never thought or said that. That´s all on Damon and the lady doctor (Meredith?).
I know Becca is no angel. No one on this show is, not even Matt. My issue is the fact that both Damon and Stefan has done some pretty horrible things, and that is all okay with Elena. Stefan was the Ripper for God´s sake. Damon used Caroline, tried to kill Jeremy (snapping his neck way back when) and a whole lot of other stuff. Forgive and forget, apparently.
And I´m pretty sure that a part of Elena is angry and hurt that Stefan slept with someone else, especially someone he has slept with before and might have some feelings for.
Than how would you put it? I think knocks him/her out is closer than kill him/her. As I see it, the daggers work like a tranquilizer. Put them in, the vamp is out cold. Put it out, he wakes up.
Are you blaming Damon and Meredith for Elenas new condition? Meredith just tried to help. Elena would have died. True, she used Damons blood without telling someone. But if she would have call Damon or Stefan or Caroline, they would give her blood. The result would be the same. Becca killed her and triggered the transition. It's her fault. Without her, the blood would be out of Elenas system the next day and she would be human. Or a corpse, cause Becca would have killed her one way or another to stop Ric.
I know, I said that Elena coming back had nothing to do with Becca. I meant, that Becca meant to kill Elena and not turn her. Becca wanted to kill kill Elena. It was just coincidence that Elena came back. Becca never considered the possibility that Elena could be back. That's how I meant it. But yes, Becca is responsible that Elena died.
Yes, I posed several times before, that there is an epidemic of amnesia in MF. Some things the characters accept, some they forget/ignore. Klaus/Caroline is the best example.
And I agree. No one is an angel. No one is innocent. Not anymore. The difference is in the motive. What makes them to do what they do?
Of course she is hurt that Stefan was with someone else. She has a right to be. So does Stefan have the right to be hurt that she slept with Damon. But I don't think that her problem is, that he was with Becca back in the 20's. I think, it's more the fact, that Becca killed her, mocked about it, and tortured her. And that he said, not so long ago, that he hates her and want's to kill her for what she did to Elena.
For me, its like putting someone in a coma. No wonder Rebekah is messed up in the head, she´s been in a coffin for God knows how long, seeing God knows what in her head. And yes, I do know she wasn´t exactly sane before Klaus did what he did, but it did´nt make things better exactly.
Uh, no, I am not blaming Damon or Meredith. I just meant that if Meredith had not given Elena Damon´s blood, then Elena would not be a vampire today.
And yes, I know that Rebekah wanted to kill Elena and that she probably wouldn´t shed a tear if Elena fell of the face of the earth (neither would I by the way), but to act like Rebekah is the devil is just stupid.
Rebekah is deeply flawed, no doubt about it. But, right now, I understand her reason a lot better than Elena´s, who, in my opinion is pretty selfish. For her it seems like everything is about finding the cure. For her. And everyone should sacrifice anything to make sure that Elena gets to be human again. No problem that Jeremy just killed a couple of thousand vampires, who I´ll bet wasn´t all evil monsters. Why are all vampire that isn´t in Elena´s circle evil, btw?
No turning your brother into a mass murderer is no big deal It will help her, so it´s all good.
Sorry, but I don´t think that she has a right to be hurt that Stefan might have moved on. She knowingly broke his heart, so... Yeah. And yes,I know, she was/is in love with Damon, It´s been showed down my throat. Still, in my book, you don´t go after your ex´boyfriends sibling. It´s just.. tacky. Trust me, I´ve been there. It hurts like a you-know-what to see your sibling with a person you still have feelings for.
Sorry for the rambling. I´m frustrated and tired. Not a good combo.
No, if Meredith wouldn't have done it, Elena would have died in the hospital. Or Jer would have called Stefan or Damon and they would give her blood. Same result.
I never said that Rebekah is the devil. A bitch, yes. But not the devil. That's Klaus part.
Becca is deeply damaged. She lost her life and mortality when she was way too young. Not to mention all that Klaus did to her in the last 1000 years. Sometimes you see the girl she was thru the mask she wears. That is why I hope, she can break the bond with Klaus and finally get her own life. Be happy.
I wouldn’t use selfish to describe Elena. Cold and hard, yes (no wonder after what she's been thru). But not selfish. I'm not sure she does it all to get the cure for herself. She has no choice. Klaus won't stop at nothing to get it. And Kol wasn't going to stop at nothing to prevent Klaus to find it. She did what she had to. Don't get me wrong, I don't support or approve what they did. But there wasn't much choice was it?
No one said that all vamps besides Elenas circle are evil. What about Anna, Rose or Lexi? None of them was evil.
Of course she's hurt that Stefan moved on. And she was hurt that he was hurt after finding out about her and Damon. It's normal. She is not in love with Stefan anymore, but she still loves him. At least at some points JP is using logic and reality on her show. I thought she gave it up completely. Well, you can't chose who you love. It's not, like they choose to fall in love and hurt Stefan.
I know that too. She wasn't my sister, but my best friend, but still …
I know you never said that Rebekah is the devil. I just meant that Elena acts like she is sometimes.
I don´t get WHY Elena has to have the cure? She dosen´t even act like she wants to be human anymore. She dosen´t act all that different from when she WAS a human in fact. Maybe the writers have written it that way, but sometimes I even forget that she is a vampire... I just want her to explain why she wants the cure. Has she talked it through with Damon or Stefan or anybody? And if being a vampire is so bad, then why does she keep being around them, having them as friends and lovers?
Sorry, I still think that Elena is selfish and that everything is about her, saving her, making her happy. Bonnie´s mother is a vampire because they wanted (needed) to save Elena, and Elena felt bad about it for like an episode?
It´s like they would do anything to make sure that Elena is safe. Would not be surprised it they would actually burn down the whole town if it meant that Elena lived. I don´t get why she is so special...?
I know that nobody has ever said that all the other vamps are evil, but it just seems like that´s what Elena thinks sometimes. A vamp does one bad thing and he or she is evil. If it isn´t Damon or Stefan of course. Or Caroline, aka someone in Elena´s circle.
I know that you can´t chose who you fall in love with. I would just have liked a scene where Elena told Stefan that "I am in love with Damon and I want to try and be in a relationship with him" and that should have happened BEFORE she slept with Damon.
I too think that Elena could manage without the cure. She adjusted to her new life and now she's fine, just as I said she would. It's not like she thinks of nothing but getting the cure for herself. But I still think she'll take it. Don't forget that she is sired to Damon. I know she loves him and mostly doesn't care. But she knows what it means: he can force her into doing something, even if he doesn't mean it. He can accidently say the wrong thing. You know Damon, he rarely thinks before speaking.
"A vamp does one bad thing and he or she is evil" Not that easy honey. If that would be true, she would never be with Stefan, after she found out about his dark side. And she couldn't be with Damon after all he did. And Caroline killed too. I know, you don't mean it literally. But still you can't compare the Salvatores to Klaus. Even at their worst and put together the brothers couldn’t compare to Klaus. Well, Stefan came close. But he was lost to his bloodlust. Klaus knows exactly what he is doing.
Agree. Elena could have say to Stefan that she would like to try it with Damon. But don't you think that would hurt him too? Think. Your boyfriend says "I can't go on like this, let's end this." And you say "Okay. Mind if I try it with you brother for a while?"
But it is true that she never said to Stefan that she has feelings for Damon. Stefan said it, but she never said anything to his statement.
Yes, I see you're on his side. I was always, okay, mostly, on Damons. He's just more fun and I think he is better for Elena. Especially now, that she's a vampire. Stefan was always so calm and serious and boring. Remember how hard it was for her to get him to dance with her? No, she was always strongly attracted to Damon and he is better for her now. Sorry, I'm on team Delena. But I don't approve the way things turned out. Elena sleeping with Damon short after they broke up, keeping it a secret, … I understand, I just don't approve.
Yeah, she is sired to him. Shouldn´t it be smart then to stay away from him then? I know she loves him, but as you said, Damon rarely think before he speaks...
And breaking the sire bond should not be the only reason to be looking for a cure. If she´d said that "I want this cure, because I want children" or "I want this cure, cause I don´t want to out live my brother" or something of that sort, then I could, maybe, understand it.
As it stands, I understand Becca better. She wants the cure cause she WANTS to be human and have kids and be married and all that.And.she wants to destroy Klaus. Valid reasons in my book.
About vamps being evil. Look, I know that not all vamps are evil och psychos. But you kinda missed my point. If Elena had found a bunch of dead people that had been killed, ripped apart and then been put back together, she would have freaked and wanted the vampire who did that to die, But, if she would have know it was Stefan or Caroline or Damon who had done it, she would have said something like "Oh, we need to find him/her and help him/her "
If a vampire she dosen´t know does something bad, she acts like he is evil, If Stefan or Damon does the same thing...
i didn´t mean to compare The Salvatore's with Klaus,He is way worse. Klaus barely has a conscience , and he is impulsive and just... evil. (witch makes him an interesting character)
Of course that would have hurt him too. He would have been hurt no matter what she did. But if she had been honest with him from the start, they maybe could have, at some point, salvaged some sort of friendship. Now he had to hear about her sleeping with Damon from Caroline? Not cool.
In the beginning I liked Damon better, cause as you say, he was way more interesting than Stefan, who was pretty boring and dull. Now, I feel like they have switched sides. Stefan is more interesting and Damon is following Elena around like a puppy.
That is why I think she'll take it. If they don't find a way to break the bond. But even if she turns human again, it doesn't mean, she'll stay human …
Well, Elena wasn't thrilled becoming a vampire. And I get it. Who would be? But in her case, I'd rather stay a vampire (even if I hate it) than being human again. You think Klaus will leave her alone? Will let her make any decision about her life? Of, course, that changes if they kill Klaus. But they don't. So, Elena is better off as vampire.
Have kids? Even if Elena would want any, I, in her place, wouldn't have them. Cause in 400 or 500 years there's gonna be another girl, just want to live her life. And then Klaus the psycho shows up and kills her family and destroys her life. I wouldn't want that on my head. So, no kids. But she can adopt.
Outlive her brother? True. But he can have kids and she can help taking care of them. And their kids. And the kids of their kids.
And there is still the possibility that Klaus leaves for his own show (sooner the better). That tells me, that either there is no cure, or that Elena won't get any.
Yes, I too understand Becca. That is why I support her on this. But even if she gets it and becomes human again, you think she can make it? I think, one month and she wants to be vampire again. She was a vampire for 1000 years. 1000 years of super straight and speed. Not to mention that she never grew old or sick. And her other powers. She was used to compel everyone to do what she wanted. No compulsion if she's a human. And if she got hurt, she healed within seconds. And she was fearless, cause she knew that a car crash or a bullet from a gun couldn't kill her. That changes if she's human again. Don't get me wrong, I admire that she's willing to take the chance and live the life she supposed to live 1000 years ago. I just don't know if she could adjust to a mortal way of life. 1000 years is a long time. You think she even remembers how it was to be human?
I know Klaus couldn't live a mortal life (he wasn't satisfied by being an original. No, he had to be more). That is why I most of all support finding the cure and use it on Klaus. That will be fun. But unfortunately, knowing JP and her obsession with the originals, I know that won't happen. But hey, a girl can dream.
And there is another problem, connected to the cure. Killing an original kills his entire line. What happens when we heal an original? Will his entire line turn human again? Well, it would be another way to wipe out the vampire population.
I don't think Elenas blindness goes that far. But on the other side … Love makes you do things. Like Deb. She protected her psycho serial killer brother Dexter instead of arresting him.
I agree. She defends the Salavtores. But I noticed recently, that many people defend the originals. The Salvatores at least mostly have a reason for what they do (except ripper Stefan). And the originals? They need no reason to torture and kill. The Salvatores don't kill for fun or pleasure. Or cause they're bored. Yes, I know. They began to kill without hesitating. But only, cause if they hesitate, they get killed first. Kill or be killed. If a vampire, you don't know comes to your town and starts killing, you have to stop him one way or another. Too many bloodless corpses are bringing too much attention to what's happening in the dark.
Just an interesting character? Or do you have a thing for psychos? I do. But Klaus is way out of my league.
Yeah, well, she heard about Stefan sleeping with Becca (of all people) from Damon.
Yes, sometimes it seems like the brothers switched sites. Another proof that Klaus has a bad influence on Stefan. Maybe Damon should kill somebody again. It's been too long. He could snap Jers neck again. But no, wait. Jer as hunter is supernatural now too, isn't he? So the ring doesn't work on him anymore. Perfect. Give the ring Matt. He's the only normal human in the club. Poor guy.
Do you think she´ll have someone turn her again? Hmmm... Interesting. But what´s to say she wouldn´t be sired to that vampire then? Would she risk it?
I don´t see Elena as a mother either, but as I said, I would have understood that reason. Note sure it would be much safer for Jeremy to have kids either. Him being a hunter and around vamps all the time.
You want Klaus to leave? Noo, he is one of the best characters on the show. Evil, passionate, crazy... And yes, I have a thing for psychos :D (Liked Adam and The Young and The Restless too )
I don´t defend the originals. I see some good in them, yes. But they have done some crazy, sadistic things. They are used to going through people to get their way, and one should never forget that.
Yeah, well... Don´t feel sorry for her really. And Damon just said that to cause problems for Stefan. And, I think, to see Elena´s reactions.
Is it weird that I like this version of Stefan better than the old one? I like it when he is snarky and sarcastic with Damon and Klaus.
No, don´t give the ring to Matt. Then he will turn evil and crazy like Alaric. Oh, wait. Give him the ring please. Maybe that would make him interesting. What´s his purpose in the show? Don´t get it.
Changing the subject, how do you feel about Bonnie? Is she over her head?
If Elena is turned human again and decides to be a vamp again, I think she won't use Damons or Stefan blood. Maybe Carolines.
Becca will probably have problems being human, even if she isn't thinking about it now. Possible that she will want to be a vampire again. Stefan is the closest thing she has to love right now, so I hope it won't be him to turn her.
But, as I said, there probably isn't any cure. If Elena turns human Klaus wouldn't leave. Not without her. And they would all try use the cure on Klaus, but then JP wouldn't plan his show. IF the cure exists, it will probably be destroyed. Although … Isn't it weird, that we still don't know what will be with Becca? She was neither confirmed for Originals, neither is known if she returns for S5 of TVD. Maybe she dies. Or maybe she takes the cure and leaves. If you believe, Klaus would let her.
Jer is under control now. Mostly. But when the entire Silas thing is over, it's possible that the magic, creating the Five is destroyed. And Jeremy is a normal hot kid again.
Klaus is a great character. And Joseph is just brilliant. But I think that it's time for the originals to go. They were here, they did what they had to, and now it's time to close the chapter and open a new one. Don't you have the feeling that we're running in circles since middle of S3? Repeating the same patterns (kill Klaus)? And don't you have the feeling that the originals are forced into this? The story (Silas and the Five) would work perfectly without Klaus. I'm getting the feeling the story is adjusted, so the Originals fit it. I mean, Klaus wants to leave town, cause Elena is a vamp and of no use to him, and suddenly there is a cure? A cure no one in 1000 years of vampire history ever heard of? Isn't it a bit of coincidence? And we're still at the point where we were at the beginning of S3. Kill Klaus. Trying and failing. You probably don't see it, but I get the feeling, we're going nowhere with the story. And how long can a show have the same villain without losing fans over it?
Elijah is okay and Becca has her moments, true.
No, it's not weird. Most people like this new Stefan better. I'm one of them. Ripper Stefan is more interesting than Stefan from S1.
Matt is the only human in the club. He is the only one that can't really defend himself. Bonnie is a witch, Jer is a hunter, all others are vamps. And just wearing the ring doesn't make him evil. Alaric died several times and came back. And while he was dead, Esther was manipulating him. Jeremy wore the ring a long time and he didn't turn evil. And he too died a couple of times, didn't he?
I think, Matts purpose on the show is, show us that there are normal people too living in MF, not just vamps, witches and hybrids.
Bonnie. Well … Bonnie … I liked her in the beginning. In S1 she was great. But then … She lied to her friends, kept on blaming Damon for everything that happens in MF, she refused to help, unless it was already too late, … And she let herself manipulate by Luka and his father, by Shane, and she rather cooperates with Klaus than her friends? Right now, I'm not a big fan of her. I like her. And I hope, she comes to her senses again. But I'm not a big fan of her right now. Although, locking Klaus away gives her some points in my book. But she can't make it up for all the times she could have done something and did nothing.
Elena, using Caroline`s blood and ending up sired to her? I know that probably wouldn`t happen, but I still find the thought hilarious :D
Yeah, I really hope that, if it comes to that, it isn´t Stefan that turns Becca. Elijah maybe?
Does that mean that you don`t think that Stefan is going to take the cure, if there is one? If Elena finds it and becomes human, do you think Stefan still wants to be a vampire?
One of the reasons I like the Originals, is the simple fact that Elena gets less screen time. Nothing against the actress who plays her, but as you know, I am getting pretty sick and tired of the Elena hype. I really hope that Becca returns in season 5, but then again I want her in the spin-off. Hmm... Maybe she can guest star in both shows? I´m greedy, I know.
Klaus letting a human Rebekah go? Hmm... I think he would. Now, he can stake her with the dagger if she wants to leave, but the only way to get her to "stay" if she was human would be to kill her and I don´t think he wants that. Or, he could compel her of course. Hmm... Interesting. I don´t really know what he would do.
To be honest, I didn´t watch all that much of season 3. But you might have a point about Klaus and the cure. Hadn´t though about in that way. Who was it that first talked (knew) about the cure? And why didn´t he want to find it when Katherine was turned, to make her human again? He could have used her blood to make hybrids, no? After he broke his own curse of course, but you know what I mean.
And the writers ARE dragging this out. Wonder if THEY know what the endgame is? I think a show can have the same villain, if they use him in different, interesting ways, but yeah, I get where you are coming from.
Yeah, why did Alaric turn evil? Was it just because of Esther or...?
Sorry, still find Matt quite boring. I don´t watch VD to see "normal" people, I want to see vampires and witches and the like. But, I guess it´s good to see some diversity.
I liked the scenes with Bonnie and Damon, that was what drew me in in the beginning. The first time she gave him an aneurism was great and I liked the banter.
Now... Yeah, I don´t know. I think they have used her sometimes, and she got tired of it.
But still... Has she been too naive,or just plain stupid? How many times can you be manipulated before you learn something?
Hmmm...Tyler turning someone. Interesting. Hope they do that at some point.
I don´t think Damon would want to turn Rebekah, he knows how much Elena hates her. And he would do anything to make her happy, so... No. Especially not if Elena is human. And Stefan would probably try and stop him now that he knows that Becca, deep down, wants to be human.
Oh, that dosen´t make me mad. Stefan WAS selfish and he didn´t think.
Does anyone on this show think?
You make a good point about what Klaus would do to Elena if she was human again. Granted, right now he wants to kill her for what she did to Kol, but I guess he would get over that pretty quickly when he realized that would mean no more hybrids.
Yeah, I know she won´t be on both shows. A girl can dream though, right? She is my favorite. I hope we never have to see a compelled Becca, pretty sure she would be kinda boring if she just did what Klaus wanted without protest. Like her spunk.
Ah, okay. Didn´t watch the flashback about the five. Thank you for the info!
I think the writers did a bit of re-writing about the cure. Or they didn´t just think.
Do they still have that ring? And, is it still able to revive Jeremy or is he some kind of supernatural now? Where is his strength then?
Would love a happy Stebekah and I guess I could learn to stand happy Stelena, but I know that it will never happen. Stefan will brake Rebekah´s heart again at some point and Elena will go back to Stefan, that´s just the way it is. Why Stefan would take her back I don´t know, but I am sure the writers will come up with some stupid plot to re-unite them.
No angsty pregnant Rebekah moping after Stefan though, please. That´s just too much soap opera style
Yeah, I too liked Bonnie and Damon in the books, but neither of them are the same in the show. I was kinda bummed about that for a while when I first started watching the show...
And of course Bonnie couldn´t listen to anything Damon said, cause he is Damon, and therefore a lying SOB (according to Bonnie) *le sigh*
What if she kills her dad? Hmm. She goes all black magic, kills him, realizes what she has done and goes all " trying - to -kill -herself- crazy" ? Could be interesting to watch. Would get Elena involved in her storyline too, as they are supposed to be best friends.
As I said, I do hope they have him bite someone.Wonder witch gene is stronger, the wolf or the vampire? Hmm...
Yes, I quite enjoyed Katerina, she messed with everyone´s head. It was fun to watch. Think that Klaus would be pretty pissed of if he saw her though... If she came back now, do you think that Klaus would force her to take the cure? If both she and Elena took it he would have to blood bags( so to speak) around. More hybrids for him to play with.
Oh, I loved Highlander, and Raven and Vampire Knight! Would love to see some flashbacks. Kol said that they have lived in New Orleans, no? I would also love to see what the other siblings had done that made Klaus feel the need to dagger them. JP, using logic? Yeah, I don´t know. One can hope, I guess.
Hmmm... So, maybe he has his powers now then? Guess we´ll see in the next episode. And, is it just me, or did Jeremy learn that self control pretty fast? Would have enjoyed seeing him struggle with the need to kill The Salvatore's, Elena etc a little longer.
Yeah, I am all for Damon getting a girlfriend that isn´t Elena.Maybe he would be interesting again. I am ignoring for a moment that will mean that Elena is with Stefan... Why can´t they let Elena be single for, I don´t know, maybe 10 episodes or something? Let her learn who she is without a boyfriend?
I watched Buffy way back when. Liked dark Willow. Yes, I can see Bonnie doing something like that, if something tragic happens to her. Or, if she continues down this path...
I think that Elena still thinks that they are friends. She needs Bonnie, anyway. Always handy to have a witch around.
Why have we only seen Original Vampires, by the way? Where are the Original Wolfs and Witches? Do they not exist?
That is, why Katerina is so dangerous. She goes inside you head and under your skin.
Well, if she shows up at the right moment … Two human doppelgangers mean a double supply of blood, an insurance (if one of them dies he still has the other), two new bloodlines for the next doppelganger … I think, he would take the opportunity. Remember the ritual. He had a backup wolf, a backup vampire and I bet somewhere was a backup witch (just in case).
I hoped Originals would be as a prequel. But that would be hard to manage. After all, they are around for 1000 years. When and where should the story play? How much time should pass between seasons? A decade, a century? Hard to manage. So I hope we get lots of flashbacks. The flashbacks are making the show interesting for me. And this psychology student JP teased with. Can you imagine Klaus in therapy? That alone would be worth watching the show. "I don't know why I'm a psycho, doc. Maybe because of my bad childhood. 1000 years ago life wasn't that easy"
Yes, we can dream of JP using some logic.
Shane hypnotized Jeremy. And Bonnie helped him control the urge to kill his sister. Back then it was quite easy, yes. But now the mark is complete. We don't know, how that will affect him. Maybe the urge will be stronger. Or easier to control.
Elena single? Yes, that would be interesting. But she is stable right now. Not hating herself and the entire world for what she is. She's not driven by guilt cause she has to feed from humans, since she can now drink from a bag. There is no need now for her to be single to find out what she is and what she wants. Besides, she and Damon are keeping distance.
Why shouldn't Damon be with Elena? She is good for him. He changed for her. He opened for her. Remember how he was in S1. Cold, cruel, not letting anyone get close for decades or even centuries. He changed for the better since he knows her. Yes, I know. In the beginning it was an act to get her. But now this act is his reality. But, as I said, maybe it is time he kills again. Too bad Klaus hybrids are dead. How about Shane? No one is gonna miss him.
Dark Bonnie. Yes, she could be a problem. Abby is right. They need to clear Bonnies head from that shit Shane was feeling her up with. How can Bonnie be so stupid? A stranger teaches her a new form of magic, and she doesn't ask what it is? She doesn't check it in her books?
They probably are friends, just not so close anymore, as they were. Maybe the girls should have a girls night. No alc, just talk. Honest talk, no secrets. They can kick out the boys and have it at the Salvatore house, like a few eps back. That was cool.
Agree. Having a powerful witch around can be handy. As long she doesn’t loose it.
Original wolfs and witches? Hmm … Nice one. Original wolfs could be an interesting villain. The witches could be too powerful as enemy. Or did you mean as background story? Could work. And since witches and wolfs are mortal, the originals are dead for millenniums.
She was especially good at getting under Damon´s skin. And under Elena´s.
Two blood-bags, no waiting. He would love that, I´m sure.
Klaus, in therapy? Oh my. Maybe Becca, Elijah and him in family therapy? They could sure use it...
Shane hypnotized Jeremy? Okay, I missed that episode. Hmm... That could come back and bite them in the ass, no? Don´t trust that Shane didn´t do something creepy while he was inside Jer´s head. Damon or someone should really kill him.
I would love to see Jeremy struggle with the urge to kill his sister, and not just cause I don´t like Elena. I always find troubled, messed up, angsty family relations interesting.
I just find this Damon really boring, I´m sorry. I know he is more stable and all that, but...
As I´ve said, I love angst, so happy healthy relationships (in TV shows) bore me to death. And Damon is acting like Elena´s puppy.
I think that is a reason why I want Elena to be single, every man she dates turns into a boring puppy who follows her around, ready to destroy the world if it where to keep her happy.
Is it Bonnie that is stupid, or is it the writers? I don´t know.
Hmmm... Background story, or not. Don´t really care. Just get them there. The witches could be involved in a story with Bonnie, no?
And I always enjoyed the way the wolfs mess with Damon :D
Katerina manipulated both brothers. But it was especially easy going under Damon skin. He still loved her. Believed, she loved him.
Family therapy? Good one. But the therapist should search Klaus for daggers or the stake before therapy begins. Would kinda make no sense to make a therapy if he starts stabbing his siblings. But I agree, that they all need therapy. Elijah maybe not so much, but it would be good to solve the problems with his siblings.
I don't trust Shane either. Bonnie was mostly present, so I don't know if Shane had the chance to do anything to Jeremy. Not even Elena could break the influence of the mark, it was Bonnie. It was horrible, what Jeremy said to Elena. But he didn't know he did it. Maybe better. He would never forgive himself if he knew.
"Troubled, messed up, angsty family relations" Really? I actually like good family relations. Especially between siblings. I don't know why, but I like it if they are close. Like Jeremy and Elena or Deb and Dexter. I don't know why, it's just like that. But you got a point, that it's more interesting, if the relationships are messed up.
He is kinda boring. One of his best actions in this season (besides sleeping with Elena) was shooting at Klaus. It was priceless. I think he should kill Shane. Or go to another college party with Elena. That was hot!!!
Elenas puppy? Actually it's her who follow his every command.
"Into a boring puppy who follows her around, ready to destroy the world if it were to keep her happy" Guess it's her Petrova charm. Runs in the family. Klaus and Elijah were fighting over Tatia (unmarried with child), Damon and Stefan, and who knows how many others, succumb to Katerinas charms (also unmarried with child), now Elena (as far we know no children). Yes, it runs in the family.
Good question, but I think it's Bonnie.
Witches are always good for a interesting story. But as I said, they would be too powerful as enemies. Unless, Bonnie gathers a circle.
"Wolfs mess with Damon" Or do you mean the other way around. 3.2 "Here doggy doggy"
The therapy should begin with a pat down in search of weapons. Oooh, the look on Klaus´s face... Don´t think Becca would like it much either. The whole thing reminds me of angry, wild animals in a cage. Witch, if you think about it... Yeah.
I would have put it passed Shane to do something, even if Bonnie was there. He is/was manipulating her as well. That is one creepy dude. Why is he still alive? What purpose does he serve?
Oh yes, I love it when family members fight. So much emotions. I also think that it is a good way to learn the truth about the character, not as easy to lie when you are yelling. And yes, I am also weird. With a messed up family.
Deb and Dexter? Speaking of a messed up family...
I have liked Damon´s scenes with Kol and Klaus. Loved the scene with him and Klaus in the cellar.
Btw, why do you think that Damon was unable to fight the compulsion?
Okay, maybe now it´s her that follows him around, but before the sire bond it was him. She said go there, do that. He went there, did that.
Petrova Charm. Yeah, right. Hmm... Do you think it some sort of magic? It is pretty handy, having vampires there all the time, ready to die for her.
And, could you explain the whole doppelganger thing for me, cause I don´t get it. She is a descendent to Katherina? It Elena had a daughter, would she become the new doppelganger? *confused*
A witches circle? That would be interesting to watch.
I was thinking about the ghost of Tyler´s uncle (?) who came back. That was fun :D
No, I haven´t seen that article. Sounds interesting though. Hope that she is smart and sassy and immune to Klaus´s charm. I like it when men has to work for it. Oh, she should also be drinking vervaine by the gallon. No fun if he can compel her. And yeah, a protection spell sounds smart.
Shane is just plain creepy. With Klaus you know what you get most of the time. With Shane, not so much. Why is he so interested in the cure, btw? Another thing I´ve missed? Does he want to raise Silas or...?
What is NOT messed up with Deb and Dexter? Just asking. Cause, being in love with your brother... Kinda disgusting.
Oh, the look on Klaus´s face... Oh my, it´s gonna be interesting the next time he and Elena meet. Nobody messed with his family. Except himself, of course.
And Elena, who looked so surprised that Klaus got mad.... What did she expect really?
"I think, he just didn't want to disappoint her. That is why he was there for her and did what she wanted or expected." Now, that dosen´t sound exactly healthy...
Thank you for the info on the doppelgangers. So, Tatia looked like Elena you think?
Secret Circle...? You have lost me I am afraid. TV show?
Uhm, because most men fall for a pretty face and a hot body? Especially if that pretty face belongs to someone willing to have sex with him.
Sorry, I am pretty cynic when it comes to men these days.
Found it for you: http://www.spoilertv.com/2013/01/latest-from-zap2it-various-shows-20th.html "In "The Originals" backdoor pilot (Episode 20 this season), Klaus will meet the beautiful and intelligent Camille, a psychology student at Tulane in New Orleans. Like Elena before her, Cami is a human, unaware of the "supernatural storm" brewing around her -- but she's certainly intrigued by the darker side of the French Quarter. She'll be particularly drawn to Klaus, because as a smart and curious student, she's intrigued by one question in particular: What makes someone evil? If anyone can answer that, it's our very own Original hybrid. If "The Originals" gets picked up to series, Cami will be a regular cast member. (Also, some good news for you purists -- in addition to Atlanta, we're hearing that some scenes for the episode will actually be shot in New Orleans.)" A psychologystudent researching what makes someone evil and our god and father of all psychos. Can you imagine a better couple in history of movies and TV? Cami with Klaus alone is reason to watch.
"I like it when men has to work for it." Something tells me, that Klaus never had to work for it. Except with Caroline. Even if Cami is immune to his charm, she won't be immune to his darkness. And yes, vervaine by the gallon sounds a good idea.
Damon should kill Shane. Shane is not interested in the cure, but Silas. Hope Silas kicks him in the ass. Be careful what you wish for.
True, Deb in love with Dex is weird. But they are not blood related. It's still weird. Just not illegal. Besides, he loves her more than everything lese (except maybe his son), but I think he will never see her as anything but his sister. And Deb is confused right now. She was in love with him before she knew he was a killer. Now, … we'll see. Can't wait. And I just love their relationship. Not, that she is in love with him. That they love each other so much and so unconditionally. He killed for her. And she killed for him. That is what I love so about them. He may be a psycho serial killer, but he would rather die himself that hurt her.
I meant Klaus face when he talked to Damon. But yes, Klaus meeting Elena and Jeremy after Kol will be interesting. And it will be smart keep a distance.
Yeah, like he was sired to Elena before she became sired to him. He still acts sometimes like he is sired to her.
I think, we can see Tatia as original and Katerina and Elena as copies. So yes, I think Tatia looked just like Elena and Katerina. Hey, maybe Nina makes an appearance on Originals as Tatia in a flashback.
Yes. Secret Circle was a show about witches in a small town. Also based on a book by L.J.Smith. Surprised you don't know it. Last year it was aired right after TVD. Phoebe (Hayley) was there. The show was unfortunately canceled after just one season. Costs, I think. Most people loved it. You should watch it.
Someone once said, that the girls on TVD forget too willingly the horrors the guys do, if they're hot (Klaus and Damon mostly). My answer? Guys are the same. Show them a hot ass or big tits and the do everything.
Ah, thank you! Gonna go read it when I am done writing this reply.
What makes someone evil? Hmm... Good question.Hope they come up with some kind of answer. Wonder if Klaus considers himself evil, or just a guy who does what he feels needs to be done?
Why do you wanna raise someone who is supposedly so evil? Is Shane a member of a cult or something? Has he lost someone that he wants back?
Just sounds like a bad idea. Anything Shane think sounds good is probably a very, very bad idea.
And, it looks like he is gonna out of jail in the next episode. How does that work?
Yeah, you´re right, Dexter loves his sister. He even killed his won brother to keep her safe didn´t he?
Ah, you meant when they talked about Caroline? Liked that. Klaus sounded almost... human there for a while. Until Kol called anyway.
Eeh, I had a period there when I didn´t watch much TV. School, RL and work took up most of my time. Am back now though :D Will check it out when I get home.
I think, Cami and Klaus make an interesting couple. Think they gonna hook them up? It would be interesting. I can't believe I say that (and mean it this time), but I hope, they do the spin off. At first I hoped, they would do it, just to get rid of Klaus. Now I hope they'll do it for Cami and Klaus.
Yes, I think Shane is one of the fanatics that wants to raise Silas. And yes, it probably is a bad idea. We still don't even know what Silas actually is. I think, he could be the very first vampire. But he could be something else.
Yes, having the sheriff as ally can be useful if you wanna get someone out of jail.
Exactly. Deb and Dex would stop at nothing to protect each other. That is what I like about their relationship.
Yes, his Caroline. What did Klaus suggested? Sire bond, compulsion, manipulation? Of course those are the only ways he knows to control people. Oh yes, and threats. I still wonder why he isn't compelling her to get her in his bed. Sometimes it really seems like he has some sort of humanity. But mostly, it lasts for seconds or minutes, so I'm not buying it.
Sorry. Yes, I know that kind. I wish I could say something to cheer you up. But it would sound cliché. That is why I'm mostly single. I go out, find a guy, have my fun and forget him. I know, it's not the recipe for happiness and a long relationship, but where is the point in rushing into a relationship just to have your heart broken?
I hope they do the spin off, but at the same time I wanna see Klaus on TVD. I really love how he interacts with the Salvatore brothers. I´m conflicted, as you might tell.
Probably a bad idea? Kol was scared shitless, and if Kol was scared... Yeah, pretty sure Silas is gonna be major bad news. Like, the end of the world bad.
Yeah, but I don´t get it. Wasn´t Bonnie´s dad saying Shane was a bad guy? He was the one who put him in jail. Why let him out now? He dosen´t actually think that Shane is gonna help Bonnie regain control does he? Or, are you talking about Caroline´s mom? Why would she help? Would Caroline compel her?
I think he wants to be better for her, he just dosen´t know how. When you lived for as long as he have I guess it´s not easy to change.
To be honest, I'm glad Klaus is leaving. I have the feeling, since S3 we're running in circles and going nowhere with the story. When they leave, we can close the originals chapter and open a new one. The show was great before they showed up. Don't get me wrong. I like the originals. But I have the feeling, they are in MF too long. They did what they came for, now it's time to go.
Yes, Kol was scared. He was smart. Klaus is stupid and arrogant. He thinks he is invincible and indestructible and immortal. That is why I enjoy it if he gets his ass kicked. A little reality check.
Shane knows where Silas is. He is the one, that can lead them to the island and Silas grave. Or is prison more suitable?
Yes, Liz is Carolines mom and the sheriff. She has the keys to Shanes cell. I think, she would gladly help to find the cure. She may have accepted that her only daughter is a vampire, but if she thinks there is a cure, she would probably want her daughter to find it and take it.
It's not easy to change, true. But he did change. And he was a good guy when he was human, as far as we know from the flashbacks. In the books he is a psycho and was cruel and ruthless even as human.
Please, whatever you do don't lock yourself in your room. Trust me, it's the worst you can do. With every passing week it will be harder to leave house and go into real life. I was there. My friends had to blackmail me to get me out of my house.
Eeh, I don´t know. As you know, I really like the originals. Well, I like Becca... And Stefan and Becca. Especially now that they have made her more "human" and started to flesh out her character. Hope that they at least give the Originals a good exit story. Maybe bring back Elijah for a couple of episodes? Where is he by the way, have they said?
Klaus is arrogant and, yeah, sometimes pretty stupid. But I can see why he wants to find the cure. Destroying it before anyone has the chance to use it on him... Self preservation and all that.
I hope they ALL gets their asses handed to them, cause they are all acting pretty stupid. Someone who can raise the dead and make vampires human, do they really think he is a little nice cuddly bunny? And about the whole raising the dead bit. Really? When has that worked out well? Always consequences. Always.
I hope no one dies though. Except for Shane.
Shane SHOULD be in jail. Or in a mental institution. He is not stable.
Yeah, didn´t think about that. She´d probably let him out.
But, again, consequences. And why would Silas just turn a bunch of vampires human, what´s in it for him? Doubt he does it for free... What´s to stop him from turning them human and then killing them or something?
Don´t worry, I have work to go to and a real close friend who would drag me out of my house if she had too.
Yeah, many people like the originals. As I said, I like them too. I just think, it's time to close the chapter and begin a new one. Stefan and Becca. I would feel better about them, if I knew, what he feels for her. Does he love her? Or is he just using her? If he loves her, that’s fine by me. And I hope they will be happy. But if he is using her to hurt Elena, … Maybe he is using her to get to the cure. Yes, I know, they were a couple back in the 20's. But we also don't know how he felt about her back then. But one thing is bothering me. What about Matt? Didn't Becca had a thing for Matt before she ended up in the coffin? Now she doesn't care about him? At least she didn't make contact after she woke up. And she's sleeping with Stefan. I mean, I know that Matt wasn't interested. Not after what she did to Elena and him. But I never thought she would give up so easily.
Elijah should be back by ep 14 or 15, according to an article. And he is regular at Originals, as far as I know.
Of course Klaus primary motive to find the cure is, to destroy it so no one can use it against him. He did point out, that he would give it to Elena. And maybe he will. But that is just secondary. Maybe that was a lie from the beginning, to insure the Salvatores would cooperate.
"Little nice cuddly bunny"? LOL. No, I think Silas is bad news.
Magic always has consequences.
I want Shane dead. No jail, no hospital, … dead. ASAP
Silas isn't the cure, he is buried with the cure. According to one of the legends.
I think both Becca and Stefan wants to believe it´s just sex and mutual need, but from what I saw in the last episode, it seems more. But hey, maybe that´s just me?
Really don´t like the idea of Matt and Becca. Don´t see any chemistry there. I think she is tired of fighting for men. She knows that Matt is a lost cause.
Ooh, he is? Sounds good! Thank you for the info :D
It could very well be a lie. It´s Klaus we are talking about, after all. Gonna be interesting to see whet he does in tonight's episode. Stuck in Elena´s house? Oh my. Poor house.
Someone kills him in a mental institution? Maybe a little torture? Sorry, weird mood today.
Ah, okay. As I´ve said before, missed some episodes. Buried with the cure? What IS the cure then?
Don´t worry, I´m trying to take care of myself. And my cat.
I too had the feeling that it's more between Stefan and Becca. Maybe they don't love each other, but they care. And it's not just about sex.
Well, Becca was interested in Matt. But maybe it was just cause he was nice to her. You know, without betraying her or trying to kill her. As far as she knew. I think, there was some chemistry. Not as strong as between Damon and Elena, but it think, something was there.
We don't know what's going on inside Klaus head. Maybe he meant give Elena the cure and changed his mind, when more and more people (can we classify vampires and hybrids as people?) knew about this. It was supposed to be between him and Stefan (and Becca). Or maybe that was never his plan. Maybe he planned to destroy it from the beginning and he just lied to insure the help of the Salvatores. But if that was just a lie, why tell him in the first place? If he would have just shut up, no one would know about the cure. Well, Becca and Kol knew, of course. As soon as they would find out about the Five, they would know that they can still find the cure and use it on Klaus. Probably a risk Klaus wasn't willing to take. So he passed on the information and acted, like his priority was Elena.
Poor house? Poor Elena and Jeremy. I doubt insurance pays for damage by psycho hybrids.
Torture and death in a mental institution? I like the idea. You have my vote.
We don't know what the cure is. Could be a spell or a potion. Could also be Silas blood. After all, when it comes to vamps, blood is everything. It was used to turn them, to curse Klaus and release the curse. We don't even know if there is a cure.
They do care. I think that she´s in love with him, don´t really know about him though. Pretty sure he´s still in love with Elena, not matter how much he denies it. You can be in love with two people at the same time though...
Yeah, Matt was pretty much the only one who hadn´t tried to kill her right? Yeah. Could see the reasoning behind Matt/Rebekah I guess, even if I don´t like it.
Wonder if they are gonna give Matt a girlfriend at some point? I think he deserves some happiness. And then, maybe, he would turn more interesting...
Yeah... I don´t know. Sounds like there are some interesting and intense scenes with Klaus in the new episode. Maybe we will find out some more?
Maybe they could get a new house then? How do they afford to live there anyway? Does either of them work?
Ah, thank you. I will pass it along to the writers. If I can find out who and where they are...
Probably a spell that requires a witch (Bonnie) and some of Silas blood.
Aww, two cat´s? I´m thinking of getting another one, I have always had a dream of owning two cats. Mine is called Max and is almost two.
Well, in the 20's she was ready to leave Klaus and go away with Stefan. So she did loved him. It's his feelings I'm not sure about. I too think he still loves Elena.
Matt tried to kill her. He helped Elena kill Finn while they were bonded. And he helped organize every attack. Becca just doesn't know it.
Agree. If they intend to make Matt a functional character, they should give him a girlfriend. Some private life. For now his life is school and work. Oh, and fighting ancient vampires. I just feel sorry for him. I think, he still loves Elena. Happiness? No happiness on TVD, sorry. If the characters are happy, it's just for a short time.
They can't just move. It's a family house. It was for generations home of the family. At least in the books. But on the show probably too. The Gilberts were hunting vampires back in the 1860's. They lived in town before and ever since.
Money is never a problem on shows like that. Ever noticed? They are all rich. Or at least can afford huge houses and never worry about paying bills (except Matt). That's just weird. They could at least bring in some reality with some real problems (other than relationship, I mean). Like Buffy S5 and 6. Buffys mom died, and Buffy had to take care of her sister, pay the bills, get a job, …
I think, the cure (if it exists) is more a potion. The spell and Bonnie are needed to open the prison d free Silas. Of course it still could be a spell. Like when Esther created them.
The old one is Kisa and the young one Lilly. Cats are social. If you get a new one, separate them for two days or three, till the new one adjusts. But not longer. Feed them separately (in different rooms or different sides of the room), so there won't be any competition.
I don´t think neither of them feels like they can trust their hearts right now. He has betrayed her more than once, she killed Elena. Trust issues to say the least.
He did? I really need to watch all episodes of season 3, missed a lot it seems.
Yeah, I´m pretty sure he still have feelings for Elena. Why not? I mean, he is a male, he lives in mystic falls, he dated her once...
Uhm... So? They could still move. Pretty sure it isn´t all that safe for Elena and Jeremy to live together, him being a vampire hunter and all. Or does Elena live with Damon?
Okay, thank you for the info regarding the cats! :D
Yeah, well, it looks like Elena is willing to work on the issues. She gave Becca the stake, didn't she? Maybe it could work.
I think, he was in love with Elena since they were kids. I think, that was the reason they dated. But I think, she always saw more a brother in Matt that a boyfriend.
This whole Five thing will end when Silas is free, I think. But the danger for Elena and Jeremy is not coming from the fact that she is a vampire and he a hunter and they live together, but the fact that by now probably every vamp in the area is invited to sneak in and kill them in their sleep. You're right. Maybe they should move. Yes, they could all move into the Salvatore house. It's big enough. But with vamp senses? Listening how you ex is fucking another? No, thanks.
I had two cats before and it didn't work out so good. This time I made it right and it's working.
Yeah, I liked that scene. And the look on Elena's face when Stefan said what he said about being a vampire and suffering. Oh my...
Yeah, she has always treated him as a brother. Poor Matt. Or maybe not, considering how I feel about Elena...
Ah, yes. They should do the spell that Willow did when she un invited Angel when he turned into his evil twin. Cause, otherwise Klaus is gonna do something stupid.
The Originals is invited to the Salvatore house too though, aren´t they?
And if Elena and Jeremy moves in there, Stefan should move out and get an own place.
Ah... Yeah I´ve heard that it is important that you do it a certain way.
When Stefan said, he wants to be human again, I had the feeling, Elena remembered why she loved him. Damon said he won't be human again. I'm afraid, that this will ruin their relationship. Cause Elena still wants to be Human.
Angelus? Yes, he was more fun than Angel. A psycho, but fun. But Spike was best. He was never boring. Not even, when he got his soul back.
But back to your suggestion to use the spell. I've been thinking it too, but I think it doesn't exist in the TVD universe. No one mentioned a spell like that before. Why didn't use Elena it to keep Elijah or Katerina out? I don't think it exists.
There is no invitation needed for houses, where no humans live. Hotels, empty houses or houses where only vampires live. At least, that's how it was explained. But Logan on S1 couldn't go into his apartment after he turned.
Why should Stefan move? It's his house as well. And the house is big enough so they can all live there without even seeing each other.
Yeah, that pretty much ruined Damon and Elena. He wants her to be a vampire, she wants to be human. She wants him to be human, he wants to be a vampire. Would say that is not a good basis for a relationship.
Loved Angelus. He was fun. Liked Spike too, when he was with Dru. Not so much when he fell in love with Buffy. That was just... weird for me.
Yeah, that would make it too easy, no? Would be fun to see Klaus reaction though, if he was unable to enter the Gilbert house.
It is his house, yeah. But how fun is it to hear your ex having sex with your brother? Pretty sure he would hear that, no matter how big the house is...
Although, considering the latest episode, I´m pretty sure that Elena and Damon won´t be having sex in a while.
I wouldn't say ruined. But it will eventually cause some problems. It was easier with Stefan. He hated being a vampire and was glad that she's a human. She accepted that he was a vampire he never planned to turn her. When she turned, she just accepted it. But now there is a cure. That changes everything. She wants to be human again and Damon wants to stay vampire. Even if they stay together after they find the cure, how long will it work? If they stay together longer, he will want or expect her to turn again. If he wants to be with her forever.
Actually I liked Buffy and Spike together. With Angel it was this boring, girlish, "true love of my life" shit. With Spike it was physically. Give and take what you need and want. I hoped they would come back together in S7.
Exactly. That is why it couldn't work, even if the house is big enough. With vamp senses Stefan would hear Elena fucking his brother. And Elena would hear her ex fucking Becca. Super hearing is a bitch.
Maybe Elena and Damon can make it work. She still loves him. And I'm sure she won't stop loving him, even if she turns into a human again and he stays a vampire. I think, Damon wouldn't force Elena into turning again. He said at the beginning of this season, that he understands that this is her life and what she wants of her life and that he accepts it, that he want's that for her.
Yeah... Witch means that she´ll soon start to gravitate toward Stefan again. Makes me sad. But, hopefully that pain of loosing Elena will make Damon interesting again.I know, I´m cruel. Sorry.
Spike and Buffy. Never understood that really. And never liked it, after he tried to rape her. Yeah, I know. He changed after that. Still...
So, Stefan should move. Or Elena and Damon should never have sex at the Salvatore house, and how likely is that...?
Hmmm... I don´t know. They love each other, but they want so vastly different things for their lives. Do you think that Damon will put himself through seeing Elena age and eventually die?
I knew they would find a way to get Stefan and Elena back together. And this seems to be it. But I still hope she'll stay with Damon. So what if she is a human and Damon is a vampire? It worked with Stefan, didn't it? Besides, why are we (not just you and me, but all fans) wasting our time on the question of what happens after the cure. There probably isn't a cure. And if there is, it will be probably destroyed, before someone can use it. Why I think so? The spin off. Klaus is a vampire in the spin off, so he won't be cured. Neither will be Elena. If she would be human again, Klaus wouldn't leave MF. Not without her. So I think, they all stay as they are.
Yes, Elena is the only thing keeping Damon under control. Losing her would mean losing control. Hallo Damon S1.
Spike changed before he was with Buffy. He fall in love with her. She kicked his ass at every given chance. That was sort of foreplay for them. In S6, when they were together she used him. She was broken after returning from heaven. She said it herself. The only moments when she felt alive was, when she was with him. He was of course taking advantage of it. He used her too, but he still loved her. Weird, but that was it. What I liked about their relationship was, that it was just this. Taking and giving. No "real love" feelings, no big plans for a future together.
Jeremy could move in with Stefan and Becca in the Salvatore house. Damon could move in with Elena into her house. And Caroline could move in with Ty. After all, he is alone now in that big house.
I don't now. I don't even bother thinking about it. Even if she becomes human again and stays with Damon, it won't last long. She will probably wanna marry and have kids one day. But if she still stays with him that long, she will probably consider turning again, when she realizes that she's beginning to get old. Damon will probably expect that, so he won't push her.
If she has to have a boyfriend, I´d rather it be Damon than Stefan. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt.
Can´t really see how Stefan will forgive her for hooking up with Damon, and Elena is gonna have a hard time forgetting that he hooked up with Becca.
Btw, what do you think Becca will do when Stefan and Elena hooks up again? Try to kill Elena again? ( I may have asked this before, sorry if that´s the case, my memory is lousy.)
Ah, good point about the spin off. Yes, you´re right, Klaus would never leave a human Elena.
Like Damon in season 1, so... But, again, been there, done that.
Eeeh, never cared for Spuffy, sorry. Made me shudder every time I saw them together on the screen. And he was just pathetic with the chip in his head.
Ooh, yes, let Jeremy move in with Becca and Stefan! That would be interesting. And it would annoy Elena to no end. Yes, I know... Sorry.
Damon, living with a woman? Sorry, can´t see it. Domesticated Damon. Huh. Could be fun. Does he know how to do laundry?
Having Elena turn by her own free will could be an interesting storyline.
Why should Stefan had a hard time forgiving? The brothers shared girls since they were human. They shared Katerina, Elena, Becca and maybe someone else too.
No, you haven't ask before. I don't know what she'll do. One thing is for sure. If Elena and Stefan get back together, they will both be single by the time. Elena will break up with Damon, Stefan will break up with Becca. Neither Stefan, nor Elena are the cheating types. But she will probably be jealous.
Klaus would leave a human Elena. If he would be human too. That is why I think, that either there is no cure, or it will be destroyed before someone can take it. Let's say for a minute, I believe Shanes story. Katzia locked Silas away with the cure, hoping he would take it and join her in the afterlife. So, if the cure existed, maybe he destroyed it himself, to not be tempted into taking it.
Yes, Spike was pathetic. Especially at the beginning, before he knew he can kill demons. Remember when he tried to kill himself? I liked Buffy and Spike together (not just in a relationship, their common scenes). Their love/hate relationship was always entertaining.
Actually I suggested Jeremy move in with Stefan and Becca, cause he likes Stefan more than Damon. And I don't know how Jer would take it, walking in, when Damon and Elena were … busy.
"Does he know how to do laundry?" I've been asking that myself for a long time. I think, they both do. I mean, mostly, Damon and Stefan were alone (we know that Damon liked to play with his food, but he was never in a relationship), and still their clothes are always washed and ironed, and the house is always clean. No dirty clothes or dishes lying around, no dust or garbage, … I would think they have a housekeeper. But with all the fights, the blood and the corpses I have my doubts.
Maybe Elena would wanna turn if she gets older and is still with Stefan or Damon. But it won't be neither of the brothers to do it. I don't think she would wanna risk a sire bond again.
Sorry for not replying sooner, had the flu. Not fun :(
The T-shirt that is in my closet, with the saying " Elena, If you have to have a Salvatore, stick with Damon" Nice shirt, no?
They should really out grow that face. Brothers should share clothes, or porn magazines, not girlfriends and exes.
I hope they both make a clean brake, and pretty please, wait at least an episode after the brake up before they fall back into bed together.
And Klaus would never,in a million years take the cure. He likes being a vampire. Now, if someone forced it upon him... How you would do that I don´t know.
Liked Spike when he had spunk and was trying to kill Buffy. Yes, I am weird. And Dru was... interesting.
Oooh, the look on Jer´s face. Oh, poor boy. He would probably just stake Damon and be done with it.
Dry cleaning maybe? A compelled person at a dry cleaning, cause as you said, all the blood...
I hope you get well soon. It's really not fun being sick.
Cool. Is it just with the text, or with a picture too? Maybe one with Elena between Stefan and Damon? Where can I get one of those? And please tell me they deliver the shirt with the Salvatore of your choice.
Agree. But actually they shared only Katerina, and just because she compelled them. Becca had a long period between Stefan and Damon. And Damon and Stefan. Elena had a short one, but okay. Technically Katerina was the only one to be with both brothers at the same time.
I don't think Elena will rush that much going back to Stefan. At least not with the sex part.
Easy. I'd use Bonnie the mighty witch to immobilize him (like with the aneurysm, or maybe a sleeping spell) and give it to him. If he wants it or not.
Dru was interesting. Crazy, psychotic, fun. And what a great performance … Didn't she died on Angel?
Yeah, Jer would probably want to kill Damon. Not so sure Elena would be so thrilled.
I once said: What a wonderful world. You always find a parking lot right in front the door, you never have to lock or unlock your car or house. Now I can add: And you never have to worry about dirty clothes or cleaning the house.
Good news. I just read, they renewed TVD, Supernatural and Arrow. I watch them all
Sorry, think it´s a one of a kind shirt. I have nice and talented friends :D You could make one yourself though, no? And, no, I did not get Stefan in a goody bag. I was very disappointed.
Maybe, maybe not. Don´t trust or like her, sorry. An emotional affair then, maybe? Without really realizing it?
I don´t really trust Bonnie´s powers right now. She might kill her self if she does something like that. Or turn evil or something. Good idea though.
She was, wasn´t she? Hmmm... I don´t know, don´t remember. I know she made Darla a vampire again, but... Yeah.
Nope, she would not be. Can actually see it in my head. *shudders* Not pretty. Please, TVD, never show that, okay?
Yeah, you never have to lift a finger nowadays. And still, we have more stress than ever in our lives. Weird.
Yeah, I read that too. Happy about TVD and Arrow. More eeh about Supernatural. Watch some episodes , and some YouTube videos, but not really into it anymore.
I don't trust Bonnie at all (not just right now). At least not much. She is too easy to manipulate, she lies to her friends, blames Damon for everything and acts selfish, doing magic only, if it's too late, she rather cooperates with the enemy than her friends. No, I'm no fan of hers. Not since she lied in S1. But she is useful and I would put her powers to a good use.
An evil Bonnie? Yes, this subject was brought up several times in different discussions. I like the idea. But the problem is, how to stop a witch as powerful as her? Remember evil Willow? It could work like that. But who would do it? Jer? She is closest to him. And she hates vamps, so she wouldn’t let Elena or Caroline stop her.
I have to rewatch Angel S4 and 5. I too remember that she turned Darla and tried to bring back Angelus. I know that she was in Sunnydale after that (Buffy S5), trying to get Spike back. But she left and I don't know what happened to her after that.
Don't worry. Elena, Damon and Stefan are on the 100% safe list. Even if they die, they come back. The show is about them. It was until JP turned TVD into Originals.
Supernatural was great. The first 5 or 6 seasons, maybe 7. Now it's getting …weird. I still watch it sometimes, but it's not the same it was years ago.
She could use another witch, one who does good magic, to teach her. Learn her that there is some boundaries to what a witch can do, and still be good.
Yeah, do that, and tell me, yeah? Got me wondering about it now, and I don´t have the Angel DVD´s.
I know. But, writers have been stupid before, no? Wouldn´t surprise me if JP killedone of them, left him or her for dead a couple of episodes, and then revived him or her.
Agreed. Loved the first season, and when the father came back. Now, I don´t know what they are doing...
I don't get why you have a problem with Elena. Is it just recently, since she turned, or was it so from the beginning?
Bonnie did have a cousin (or something) in S2. And her mother said something about calling in some witches to clean up the mess in Bonnies head. Support that. I would take away her powers. She always screws things up.
Download it. I download everything. I'm in Europe and I don't get any of the US stations. If I wanna watch TVD, Lost Girl, Big Bang, Arrow or any other show (without waiting a year) I have to download it.
Like Elena in the books? She died and returned later as ghost and angel.
Eeeh, I don´t know really. The fact that everything revolves around her? That everyone in TVD acts like the world would end if something happened to her, and she dosen´t seem to mind? I never really liked her, but in the beginning it was just "I don´t care what happens to her" and now it´s "I need to ff this so I don´t have to watch her".
She might remind me of a girl that my ex was a little too interested in.
Yeah, I remember that. She worked with Katerina,no?
Strip her of her magic, and bring in some witches to keep an eye on her. Then, after she´d learned something, give her her magic back. In small doses.
Yeah, I live in Europe too :D I download everything I watch, but my internet connection is not that fast I don´t wanna waste it on downloading two seasons just cause I wanna watch a couple of episodes.Especially when I don´t know witch episodes I wanna watch. Does that make sense?
You do have a point. Sometimes it really seems that it's all about Elena. At the beginning it wasn't weird. Both brothers wanted her and the tomb vamps wanted her dead. But all the other characters have a bigger part now than they had in S1, and it would be good if sometime Jer or Caroline would be in the center of attention.
Yeah, about this thing with Katerina and the witches. Emily and Bonnies cousin worked for her, cause Katerina saved their lives and they were in her debt. And I bet that she arranged it. We know that witches and vamps don't get along and that it's always useful to have a witch around. So she arranged something and was the great hero that saved the poor witches life. And the witch repays it by working for her. Simple and smart.
After she learned something? Like what? Listen to Damon when he says Shane is creepy? Or that if she lies to her friends, she can also lie to Klaus? I doubt it.
Europe? Where? I'm in Slovenia. A small spot on the map between Austria and Croatia.
Well, Elena in the books was stronger. The Elena in the show was weak and whiny in S1 and 2. I like her better now that she's a vamp. She kills hunters and originals, fights vamps, …
I don't think so. Jer and Caroline never were that close. Not even before this whole vampire thing started. But they could create a situation, where they have to work together on a situation. And in that situation, they could get closer. As friends, of course.
I think, Katerina will be back as soon as Klaus leaves. At least, that's what JP said once. That Katerina won't be back as long as Klaus is around. Unfinished business. She is not his priority, but if she returns, he'll gladly torture and kill her. She messed up his plans and we know Klaus is not the forgiving and forgetting type.
Yeah, stupid and naïve describes her well. If we could get rid of that I would like her much better.
Finland? With lots of snow? Cool. Or should I rather say poor you? Here is one thing about me: I like winter. I like snow. I just hate the cold. Is it always cold there or just in the winter?
Well, she did get stronger and more self confident since she turned. And adjusted, of course. Like Caroline.
Well, in the scenes between Katerina and Klaus I feel sorry for her. But only then. On the other side, she deserves some suffering, after all the suffering she causes.
It's snowing for 3 days now. That is why I just days ago removed my Christmas decoration. We had no snow on Christmas L. But 3 weeks ago it started snowing, right when I started to remove the decoration. So I left it. Silly, I know. But I love Christmas and without the snow it's just not the real thing. It's beautiful here too. Mountains and huge forests and lakes. I especially like autumn, when the forests begin to change color …
True. She depends on the Salvatores too much. But she and Jer did gave Kol a decent fight.
They could have some interesting conversations, no? Neither of them are that fond of Damon...
Okay, yeah, in those scenes I felt a little sorry for her. And in some of the flashbacks. But otherwise, not so much. She is interesting though. Her and Elena, now that they are both vampires...
No, that´s not silly. We had snow this Christmas, but not the one before that and it really didn´t feel like Christmas.
Sounds wonderful. I should come there sometime. After I have saved some money...
Yeah, I guess. The thing I enjoyed most about that fight was the look on Klaus´ face.
United by their hatred for Damon … Could work. I'm just not sure I'll like it. I'm team Damon. All the way, since the books. But I'm sure Stelena and Stefan fans would like it. Hey, what about Klaus? They both hate Klaus. When Elena was human, she and Katerina were different like day and night. The complete opposite. That is why I liked them together. They were different, although they looked alike and were related. And it was proof how great of an actress Nina is (It's the reason Katerina got a bigger part. Cause Nina did great). Now, that Elena is a vampire she's more like Katerina. But I still hope, they share scenes in the future. You think they will fight? Over the Salvatores? I don't think so. Katerina said, she loved Stefan (not that I believe her. She loves nobody but herself. But it was the reason she made Elenas life hell in S2). Now, that Elena is with Damon, there is no reason for them to fight. I know! Christmas just isn't Christmas without snow. Last year we didn't had snow either. And the year before that? Not sure. Lately I notice, that snow always comes 1 month too late. And 1 month too soon. Just not when it should be. We should move Christmas from 24 Dec. to 24 Jan. The look on Klaus face? When he freaked when his brother set on fire? Yeah. I would move and make sure there are several oceans and continents between Klaus and me, when he gets out.
Fight? Eeh, I don´t know. Sarcastic banter, maybe. No, not over the brothers. Neither of them wants anything to do with her. A fight between Becca and her would be fun though :D
Getting a little sick of the snow to be honest. We have a lot of it and it never seems to melt...Snowstorms and ice, not fun to drive or walk in.
Don´t thinks that´s gonna be enough. He will hunt them to the ends of the earth if he have to. Looking forward to when he gets out...
Did you watch today's ep? Oh my god, I almost cried for Jer. The one thing that's keeping me form crying is the ray of hope, that with the mark the hunters magic was broken and Jeremy was human again. Then the ring could bring him back. If of course he had it. I can't believe I suggested to give him to Matt. True, none of the Salvatores want's anything to do with Katrina. Doesn't mean, she'll give up. Remember S2. She wanted Stefan and Elena to break up, tried to seduce both brothers several times, … Becca and Katerina? Yeah, I could like it. But it would be hardly a fair fight. Becca is older and stronger. She can compel Katerina. And Katerina can't kill Becca. But still … Seeing Katerinas ass being kicked … I'm sick of the snow too. Shoveling snow every day. I don't know where to put it anymore. And my back hurts. Old bones. Hahaha. Well, Klaus is out. Now it's run or die. I really wonder, how they will get out of it.
She just returned today. Probably she came to the island at the same time as our gang. Remember the guy that suddenly had an ax in his back last week? Could be her. Or maybe the hunter. The question is, how did she get there? How did she even know about the cure and Silas? Yeah, well if it comes to a fight between Becca and Katerina, I have no doubt Becca would win. And I would enjoy every second. And if it comes to a fight between Katerina and Elena, my money is on Elena. That bitch killed Jeremy. If I were Elena, there would be no force on earth that could stop me from hunting the bitch down and kill her. Yeah, he's free. Now it's "Run for your life!"
Sorry for the delay. For some reason the posts are not sent to my email account. No, she just showed up in the cave. Before that it was Elena. Katerina attacks her in the cave on the way to Jer and Bonnie. Elena is in the cave too. Katerina is gone by now. With the cure. And Elena is or will be crying over Jeremys body. Bonnie is fine. In the sneak peek she is with Shane. I hope she kills him. Well, she could have had a spy in MF. But who? Everyone who knew details is vampire or immune to compulsion. She couldn't just call and ask "What's new in MF?" Maybe it was Klaus to tell her. Maybe she was his backup plan. To prevent they find the cure. Or at least to prevent them to giving it to him. Just a theory. I hope, we get some answers soon. Yes, Katerina is older and stronger. But there is no enemy more dangerous than someone, who has nothing to lose. Except maybe a mother protecting her child. Elena went to the transition and turned for Jeremy. She said, that only he is keeping her together. Katerina made a mistake killing him. How are they gonna fond her? I guess, they are gonna cooperate with Klaus again. As long as she has the cure, finding her is his top priority. Ty already left. And in an interview they said, they don't know yet if he's gonna return. Damn! I liked him.
She might have compelled someone before Bonnie's dad put vervain in the water. How does it work, if someone compels you before you take vervain, are you still compelled after you take vervein?
Or it might be someone we don´t know yet. Klaus? Why would he have told her? He hates her guts and dosen`t trust her.
Why would Klaus help Elena find the cure? He hates her guts. No doubt he wants to find it, but...
Does anyone know it was Katerina who took the cure, was Bonnie conscious then?
Compelled yes. But who? Matt probably knew details. And with Matt I have to wonder, why no one ehought of give him vervain. Like the bracelet Jeremy had. I mean, he was compelled before. Liz? She was never interacted with the group enough to be an active part of the plan. Yes, you are still compelled. Otherwise, they could have overwrite Kols compulsion over Damon. Or Klaus compulsion over Stefan. They just can't be compelled as long as they have in their system. Yes, Klaus hates her. But maybe she was his backup plan. To prevent the cure falls into their hands. Maybe he compelled her to get it and destroy it. He compelled her before. She maybe was taking vervain, but if he locks her up long enough till it vanishes from her system, … Klaus wants the cure to destroy it. It was Katerina. Yes, Tyler and Caroline. Read the info about ep 18? It looks like Klaus and Caroline are gonna end up in bed. If it's true, ep 19 will probably be my last one. If they bring together Klaus and Caroline, after all he did, I'll quit.
The idea of Elijah just showed up in my head. It would make sense. Becca informed Kol, so word of the cure probably reached Elijah too. Although it could also be Klaus. He used Katerina as Elena copy before (Jenna). Both could compel her. It's just easier than to try finding out, who her spy could have been. Yeah, Elijah is my favorite original, although I'm still pissed that he failed to protect Jenna and kill Klaus. How can you be asleep during the show? Shouldn't it wake you up? No matter how tired I am, when it starts I'm fully awake. I don't want to see them even talk to each other. Yeah, if he compels her it is rape. But it would be an excuse for Caroline (I mean for me as an fan). I would say: Okay, she's a victim, he compelled her, forced her, she had no chance, couldn't fight it. Still better than Caroline sleeping with him of her own free will. I mean seriously, how could she? After all he did she goes to bed with him? And still blaming Damon and giving Elena a hard time over her feelings for him?
Becca told Kol? Did he not already know about it? He knew about Silas...
Well, Elijah is the decent one and he actually loves his siblings and wants to believe in them. Not that he should.
Yeah, well... I´ve been sick and sleep deprived lately. I watched the episode again yesterday :D
if they make them have actual sex (and not Klaus raping her) I´m gonna have to do a lot of fast forwarding. I pretty much do that every time Elena is on already, but Klaus and Caroline sex? Yuck.
Kol knew about the cure from the incident 900 years ago, with the original Five. And he knew about Silas from the witches he used to hang out. But now, I think Becca told him. It's just a theory. He left town after Alaric, as Elijah did. But he came back because of the cure and the hunters. How could he knew if no one told him (someone from MF who knew the whole story)? And cause he came to Becca and not Klaus, I assume it was her. Yes, Elijah is the only decent and sane one. He was the one who said, that their mother may have turned them into vampires, but they turned themselves into monsters. And I think, it was Kol who said, that he understands why Elijah is sickened by his family. I don't mind anyone having sex. It's not what they do, but with whom. I didn't mind Caroline being with Matt and especially I didn't mind her being with Tyler. It's just Klaus I'm having problems with.
Yeah, I don´t mind consensual sex either, and I loved Caroline and Tyler. You know how I feel about Klaus, and I wouldn´t mind him having sex with someone, just not Caroline.
So you only have problems with Elena and Klaus? Plenty. Supernatural, Beauty & the Beast, Lost Girl, Walking Dead, Revenge, Big Bang Theory, Arrow, True Blood, Game of Thrones, … Some I watch regular, some just now and then. As you see I have a thing for fantasy and horror, but also watch comedy. What about you?
Yeah, Bonnie is getting on my nerves big time too. Since S1 when she said she would break the magic of the device and she didn't. Like CSI, Criminal intent, Law and Order, Monk, Elementary, …?
I liked Bonnie when she was sarcastic and snappy with Damon, like when she gave him the aneurism. That was fun.
I watch every episode of Elementary. The other shows you mentioned I just watch an episode here and there. The new series, Deception is really good. Not really a cop show, although it involves cops.
I like Bonnie and Damon in the books, cause I like their relationship. Too bad they can never be together, cause, no matter how much he likes and cares for Bonnie, he wants only Elena. But yes, Bonnie and Damon in the show are great and super fun. She hates him, he doesn't care, and their comments always make me laugh. I like their scenes. They should make more of them. I must say, I watched just 2 or 3 eps of Elementary, and it was okay.
Yes, the Bonnie in the books is sweet and a bit naïve and romantic. I don't know why they changed her character so much. But Caroline and Ty too are completely different than in the books. You mean Damon and Bonnie?
Cold be. But is it so much better her character being so annoying? I mean, if she's boring, they can change it, create a story. A love triangle, dark magic, family secrets, … But if the character is just annoying, it's hard to change her.
No, it couldn't be anyone. It had to be someone who not only knew about the cure, abut also knew the details. The originals knew. And the gang. Could it be Elijah? The idea just came to me. He probably knew. What, if he found Katerina and compelled her? Klaus compelling and using Katerina? Yeah, he did. Just too bad he didn't kill her. Of course they knew. Elena recognized her and told Stefan "She's here" Yeah, it's here: Latest from E!Online - Various Shows - 15th Feb 2013 And above the short article there is a link to a longer article. I just hope she was poisoned by a wolf bite or was compelled by Klaus. Cause if she does it by her own free will, I'll never forgive her. I'll never forgive JP. That bitch is ruining Carolines character with this.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
personally could do without the high school romance aspect of this clip. But "I don't like to speculate." I love Damon.
ReplyDeleteI understand Elena having problems with Becca. That bitch killed her!
ReplyDeleteI don't think Damon would that the cure. He likes being a vampire. All the cool powers. And the only bad side effects are the sun and no kids (since the vamps can eat, which I think is unique in the mythology). He has the ring, so the sun is no problem. And he's not the family/father type.
Love this clip....Even though Damon has said he misses being human, more than anything in the world, IDT he'll take it.
ReplyDeleteElena killed her first. Though they both don't refer to their actions as killing. Elena said she tried to dagger Rebekah and she also said Rebekah tried to kill her in the last episode. And I don't even think it's the reason why she is angry.
ReplyDeleteAnd agree about Damon.
Agree about Elena and Rebekah. And Elena is mad that Stefan dared sleep with someone else.
ReplyDelete"Hell f*cking no!" is what Damon wanted to say there. The pause was just him scrambling to find a polite way to dodge the question.
ReplyDeleteAre we here again? Elena never meant to kill Becca, just knock her out for a while. I still say that it wasn't okay what she did, but I understand. Becca was a risk they couldn't take. Becca meant to kill Elena. And she didn't even care if it means killing Matt too (didn't she had a soft spot for him back then? By the way: what happened with that? Did she even talk with Matt after April got her out of the coffin?)
ReplyDeleteI think she has a right to be angry at Becca. She doesn't trust her and she feels uncomfortable with her.
Again here: Elena never meant to kill Becca, just knock her out for a while. She could be
ReplyDeletebrought back at any time.
I think Elena is not so mad at Stefan sleeping with someone else, I think, it's because
it's Becca.
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah, Elena coming back as a vampire has nothing to do with Becca.
ReplyDeleteAre you blaming Damon and Meredith for Elenas new condition?
ReplyDeleteUh, no, I am not blaming Damon or Meredith.
Okay, coma is close to their condition.
ReplyDeleteNo, if Meredith wouldn't have done it, Elena would have died in the hospital.
She wasn't my sister, but my best friend, but still …
even though the promo does not show it there is finally something to like in the episode the return of Caroline
ReplyDeleteI know you never said that Rebekah is the devil. I just meant that Elena acts like she is sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI don´t get WHY Elena has to have the cure?
Sorry, I am just on Stefan´s side on this.
ReplyDelete"A vamp does one bad thing and he or she is evil" Not that easy honey.
ReplyDeleteAnd breaking the sire bond should not be the only reason to be looking for a cure.
ReplyDeleteWell, Elena wasn't thrilled becoming a vampire.
ReplyDeleteI don´t see Elena as a mother either, but as I said, I would have understood that reason.
You now talk Elena or Becca?
ReplyDeleteIf Elena is turned human again and decides to be a vamp again, I think she won't use Damons or Stefan blood.
Ah, sorry. I meant Elena.
ReplyDeleteElena, using Caroline`s blood and ending up sired to her?
ReplyDeleteI don´t think Damon would want to turn Rebekah, he knows how much Elena hates her.
Hmm...
ReplyDeleteYes, I quite enjoyed Katerina, she messed with everyone´s head.
That is,
ReplyDeletewhy Katerina is so dangerous. She goes inside you head and under your skin.
Well, if
she shows up at the right moment … Two human doppelgangers mean a double supply
of blood, an insurance (if one of them dies he still has the other), two new bloodlines
for the next doppelganger … I think, he would take the opportunity. Remember the
ritual. He had a backup wolf, a backup vampire and I bet somewhere was a backup
witch (just in case).
I hoped
Originals would be as a prequel. But that would be hard to manage. After all,
they are around for 1000 years. When and where should the story play? How much
time should pass between seasons? A decade, a century? Hard to manage. So I hope
we get lots of flashbacks. The flashbacks are making the show interesting for me.
And this psychology student JP teased with. Can you imagine Klaus in therapy? That
alone would be worth watching the show. "I don't know why I'm a psycho,
doc. Maybe because of my bad childhood. 1000 years ago life wasn't that
easy"
Yes, we can
dream of JP using some logic.
Shane hypnotized
Jeremy. And Bonnie helped him control the urge to kill his sister. Back then it
was quite easy, yes. But now the mark is complete. We don't know, how that will
affect him.
Why shouldn't
Damon be with Elena?
She doesn't
check it in her books?
ReplyDeleteTwo blood-bags, no waiting.
ReplyDeleteFamily therapy?
Bonnie was mostly present, so I don't know if Shane had the
chance to do anything to Jeremy. Not even Elena could break the influence of the mark, it was Bonnie. It was horrible, what Jeremy said to Elena. But he didn't know he did it. Maybe better. He would never forgive himself if he knew.
"Troubled, messed up, angsty family relations" Really? I actually like good family
relations.
Yeah.
ReplyDeleteI would have put it passed Shane to do something, even if Bonnie was there.
That is, why Katerina is so dangerous. She goes inside you head and under your skin.
ReplyDeleteWell, if she shows up at the right moment … Two human doppelgangers mean a double supply of blood, an insurance (if one of them dies he still has the other), two new bloodlines for the next doppelganger … I think, he would take the opportunity.
ReplyDeleteShane is just plain creepy.
Found it for you: http://www.spoilertv.com/2013/01/latest-from-zap2it-various-shows-20th.html
ReplyDelete"In "The Originals" backdoor pilot (Episode 20 this season), Klaus will meet the beautiful and intelligent Camille, a psychology student at Tulane in New Orleans. (Also, some good news for you purists -- in addition to Atlanta, we're hearing that some scenes for the episode will actually be shot in New Orleans.)"
A psychologystudent researching what makes someone evil and our god and father of all psychos. Can you imagine a better couple in history of movies and TV? Cami with
Klaus alone is reason to watch.
Hope Silas
kicks him in the ass. Be careful what you wish for.
True, Deb in love with Dex is weird. But they are not blood related. It's still weird. Just
not illegal.
So yes, I think
Tatia looked just like Elena and Katerina. Hey, maybe Nina makes an appearance on
Originals as Tatia in a flashback.
Sorry. Break up?
Ah, thank you! Gonna go read it when I am done writing this reply.
ReplyDeleteWhat makes someone evil?
Cheating ex.
I think, Cami and Klaus make an interesting couple. Think they gonna hook them up? It would be interesting. I can't believe I say that (and mean it this time), but I hope,
ReplyDeletethey do the spin off.
That is what I like
about their relationship.
Yes, his Caroline. What did Klaus suggested? Sire bond, compulsion, manipulation? Of course those are the only ways he knows to control people. Oh yes, and threats. I still wonder why he isn't compelling her to get her in his bed. Sometimes it really
seems like he has some sort of humanity. But mostly, it lasts for seconds or minutes, so I'm not buying it.
Sorry. Yes, I know that kind. I wish I could say something to cheer you up. But it would sound cliché. That is why I'm mostly single. I go out, find a guy, have my fun and
forget him.
ReplyDeleteProbably a bad idea?
Yeah... Gonna give men a rest for a while,
To be honest, I'm glad Klaus is leaving.
ReplyDeleteYes, Kol was scared. He was smart. Klaus is stupid and arrogant. He thinks he is invincible and indestructible and immortal. That is why I enjoy it if he gets his ass
kicked. A little reality check.
Shane knows where Silas is. He is the one, that can lead them to the island and Silas
grave. Or is prison more suitable?
Yes, Liz is Carolines mom and the sheriff. She has the keys to Shanes cell. I think, she would gladly help to find the cure. She may have accepted that her only daughter
is a vampire, but if she thinks there is a cure, she would probably want her daughter to find it and take it.
It's not easy to change, true. But he did change. And he was a good guy when he was
human, as far as we know from the flashbacks.
ReplyDeleteKlaus is arrogant and, yeah, sometimes pretty stupid.
ReplyDeleteStefan and Becca. I would feel better about them, if I knew, what he feels for her. Does he love her? Or is he just using her? If he loves her, that’s fine by me. And I
hope they will be happy. But if he is using her to hurt Elena, … Maybe he is using her to get to the cure. Yes, I know, they were a couple back in the 20's. But we also don't know how he felt about her back then.
But one thing is bothering me. What about Matt? Didn't Becca had a thing for Matt
before she ended up in the coffin? Now she doesn't care about him? At least she didn't make contact after she woke up. And she's sleeping with Stefan. I mean, I know that Matt wasn't interested. Not after what she did to Elena and him. But I never thought she would give up so easily.
Elijah should be back by ep 14 or 15, according to an article. And he is regular at
Originals, as far as I know.
Of course Klaus primary motive to find the cure is, to destroy it so no one can use it
against him.
As long as you don't focus too much on work.
I think both Becca and Stefan wants to believe it´s just sex and mutual need, but from what I saw in the last episode, it seems more. But hey, maybe that´s just me?
ReplyDeleteReally don´t like the idea of Matt and Becca.
ReplyDeleteWell, Becca was interested in Matt.
A cat? I have two. Black, 13, and a tiger, 2.
They do care. I think that she´s in love with him, don´t really know about him though. Pretty sure he´s still in love with Elena, not matter how much he denies it. You can be in love with two people at the same time though...
ReplyDeleteYeah, Matt was pretty much the only one who hadn´t tried to kill her right?
ReplyDeleteI too think he still loves Elena.
Happiness? No
happiness on TVD, sorry.
Or at
least can afford huge houses and never worry about paying bills (except Matt). That's
just weird.
ReplyDeleteHe did?
ReplyDeleteI think, he was in love with Elena since they were kids. I think, that was the reason they dated. But I think, she always saw more a brother in Matt that a boyfriend.
This whole Five thing will end when Silas is free, I think. But the danger for Elena and
Jeremy is not coming from the fact that she is a vampire and he a hunter and they live together, but the fact that by now probably every vamp in the area is invited to sneak in and kill them in their sleep.
Oh my...
ReplyDeleteYeah, she has always treated him as a brother.
I'm afraid, that this will ruin
ReplyDeletetheir relationship.
ReplyDeleteLoved Angelus.
ReplyDeleteActually I liked Buffy and Spike together. With Angel it was this boring, girlish, "true
love of my life" shit.
He said at the beginning of this
season, that he understands that this is her life and what she wants of her life and that he accepts it, that he want's that for her.
Yeah... Witch means that she´ll soon start to gravitate toward Stefan again. Makes me sad. But, hopefully that pain of loosing Elena will make Damon interesting again.I know, I´m cruel. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteSpike and Buffy.
ReplyDeleteYes, Elena is the only thing keeping Damon under control. Losing her would mean losing control. Hallo Damon S1.
Spike changed before he was with Buffy. He fall in love with her. She kicked his ass
at every given chance.
After all, he is
alone now in that big house.
I don't now. I don't even bother thinking about it. Even if she becomes human again
and stays with Damon, it won't last long.
ReplyDeleteCan´t really see how Stefan will forgive her for hooking up with Damon, and Elena is gonna have a hard time forgetting that he hooked up with Becca.
What t-shirt?
ReplyDeleteWhy should Stefan had a hard time forgiving? The brothers shared girls since they were human. They shared Katerina, Elena, Becca and maybe someone else too.
No, you haven't ask before. I don't know what she'll do. One thing is for sure. If Elena
and Stefan get back together, they will both be single by the time.
Let's say
for a minute, I believe Shanes story.
Not fun :(
ReplyDeleteThe T-shirt that is in my closet, with the saying " Elena, If you have to have a Salvatore, stick with Damon" Nice shirt, no?
ReplyDeleteCool.
You always find a parking lot right in front the
door, you never have to lock or unlock your car or house. Now I can add: And you never have to worry about dirty clothes or cleaning the house.
Good news. I just read, they renewed TVD, Supernatural and Arrow. I watch them all
Feeling better already, but thank you :)
ReplyDeleteSorry, think it´s a one of a kind shirt.
Too bad about the shirt.
ReplyDeleteYou don't trust or like who? Elena? Katerina?
I don't trust Bonnie at all (not just right now). At least not much. She is too easy to
manipulate, she lies to her friends, blames Damon for everything and acts selfish, doing magic only, if it's too late, she rather cooperates with the enemy than her friends.
I know that she was in Sunnydale after that (Buffy S5), trying to
get Spike back.
:P
ReplyDeleteNeither of them, but I was thinking about Elena.
Is it just recently, since she turned, or
ReplyDeletewas it so from the beginning?
ReplyDeleteI never really liked her, but in the beginning it was just "I don´t care what happens to her" and now it´s "I need to ff this so I don´t have to watch her".
I did like her better in the books actually.
You do have a point. Sometimes it really seems that it's all about Elena. At the beginning it wasn't weird. Both brothers wanted her and the tomb vamps wanted her dead. But all the other characters have a bigger part now than they had in S1, and it
ReplyDeletewould be good if sometime Jer or Caroline would be in the center of attention.
Yeah, about this thing with Katerina and the witches. Emily and Bonnies cousin worked for her, cause Katerina saved their lives and they were in her debt. And I bet that she arranged it. We know that witches and vamps don't get along and that it's
always useful to have a witch around.
She kills hunters and originals,
fights vamps, …
Yes, a Jer centered episode, please. That could be interesting. Jer AND Caroline maybe? Not as a pair, but as friends.
ReplyDeleteAs previously stated, Katerina is smart. Would like to see more of her.
Some control over her powers. And to not be so... stupid and naive.
Yes, Europe. Finland. Waaaay up north. Where Santa lives :D
Exactly, that´s why I like her in the books. Why couldn´t she be that way in the show...?
I don't think so. Jer and Caroline never were that close. Not even before this whole
ReplyDeletevampire thing started. But they could create a situation, where they have to work together on a situation. And in that situation, they could get closer. As friends, of course.
I think, Katerina will be back as soon as Klaus leaves. At least, that's what JP said
once.
And adjusted, of
course. Like Caroline.
Yeah, that´s what I meant. Create a problem, force them to work together, and voila, friends.
ReplyDeleteHmmm... I guess you´re right, although I would love to see some more scenes with Klaus and Katerina. Or, Katerina and Elijah...
I doubt that will happen any time soon. The writers seems to like to write her like that...
*grins* Yeah, right now we have a lot of snow. I like the snow, the cold not so much. Haven´t been THAT cold lately though, so that´s nice.
It´s pretty warm in the summer. You should really come here in June/July. Beautiful country.
Sorry, I don´t like her. At all. Don´t find her all that strong. She still calls Damon or Stefan to help fix her problems.
Hmm. You think they would get along? Probably.
ReplyDeleteWell, in the scenes between Katerina and Klaus I feel sorry for her. But only then. On the other side, she deserves some suffering, after all the suffering she causes.
It's snowing for 3 days now. That is why I just days ago removed my Christmas
decoration. We had no snow on Christmas L. But 3 weeks ago it started snowing, right when I started to remove the decoration. So I left it. Silly, I know. But I love
Christmas and without the snow it's just not the real thing.
ReplyDeleteOkay, yeah, in those scenes I felt a little sorry for her.
I'm team
ReplyDeleteDamon. All the way, since the books. But I'm sure Stelena and Stefan fans would
like it.
Last year we didn't had snow
either.
Yeah, okay. The hate for Klaus. Could work.
ReplyDeleteFight? Eeh, I don´t know. Sarcastic banter, maybe. No, not over the brothers. Neither of them wants anything to do with her. A fight between Becca and her would be fun though :D
Getting a little sick of the snow to be honest. We have a lot of it and it never seems to melt...Snowstorms and ice, not fun to drive or walk in.
Don´t thinks that´s gonna be enough. He will hunt them to the ends of the earth if he have to. Looking forward to when he gets out...
Did you watch today's ep? Oh my god, I almost cried for Jer. The one thing that's
ReplyDeletekeeping me form crying is the ray of hope, that with the mark the hunters magic was broken and Jeremy was human again. Then the ring could bring him back. If of course he had it. I can't believe I suggested to give him to Matt.
True, none of the Salvatores want's anything to do with Katrina. Doesn't mean, she'll give up. Remember S2. She wanted Stefan and Elena to break up, tried to seduce both brothers several times, …
Becca and Katerina? Yeah, I could like it. But it would be hardly a fair fight. Becca is
older and stronger. She can compel Katerina. And Katerina can't kill Becca. But still … Seeing Katerinas ass being kicked …
I'm sick of the snow too. Shoveling snow every day. I don't know where to put it anymore. And my back hurts. Old bones. Hahaha.
Well, Klaus is out. Now it's run or die. I really wonder, how they will get out of it.
I haven´t watched the whole episode yet, just skimmed through it. Katerina is back I see? My my. How long has she been posing as Elena?
ReplyDeleteThat´s what I meant. I love it when Becca kicks ass :D
I know right? I have hired someone to do it for me.
Oooh, Klaus is out? Interesting.
She just returned today. Probably she came to the island at the same time as our gang. Remember the guy that suddenly had an ax in his back last week? Could be her. Or maybe the hunter.
ReplyDeleteThe question is, how did she get there? How did she even know about the cure and Silas?
Yeah, well if it comes to a fight between Becca and Katerina, I have no doubt Becca would win. And I would enjoy every second. And if it comes to a fight between Katerina and Elena, my money is on Elena. That bitch killed Jeremy. If I were Elena, there would be no force on earth that could stop me from hunting the bitch down and kill her.
Yeah, he's free. Now it's "Run for your life!"
Sorry for the delay. For some reason the posts are not sent to my email account.
ReplyDeleteNo, she just showed up in the cave.
hope she kills him.
Well, she could have had a spy in MF. But who? Everyone who knew details is vampire or immune to compulsion. She couldn't just call and ask "What's new in MF?"
Maybe it was Klaus to tell her.
She said, that only he is keeping her
together. Katerina made a mistake killing him. How are they gonna fond her? I guess,
they are gonna cooperate with Klaus again. As long as she has the cure, finding her is his top priority.
Ty already left. And in an interview they said, they don't know yet if he's gonna return. Damn! I liked him.
No worries.
ReplyDeleteReally? Missed that. Must re watch the episode.
Liked Ty and Caroline.
Compelled yes. But who? Matt probably knew details. And with Matt I have to wonder, why no one ehought of give him vervain. Like the bracelet Jeremy had. I mean, he was compelled before. Liz? She was never interacted with the group enough to be an
ReplyDeleteactive part of the plan.
He compelled her
before. She maybe was taking vervain, but if he locks her up long enough till it vanishes from her system, …
Klaus wants the cure to destroy it.
It was Katerina.
Yes, Tyler and Caroline. Read the info about ep 18? It looks like Klaus and Caroline are gonna end up in bed. If it's true, ep 19 will probably be my last one. If they bring together Klaus and Caroline, after all he did, I'll quit.
Hmmm... Like the idea of Elijah knowing about the cure and then compelling Katerina to help him fetch it. Then again , I always like Elijah :D
ReplyDeleteWow, I have missed A LOT in this episode. They know? Oookay.
A tip, don´t watch TVD when you are so tired you almost falls asleep...
Hmmm... I do not wanna watch them have sex, period. And if she is compelled by him then that is just as bad as rape in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Elijah is my favorite original, although I'm still pissed that he failed to protect
Jenna and kill Klaus.
ReplyDeleteWell, Elijah is the decent one and he actually loves his siblings and wants to believe in them.
But now, I think Becca
ReplyDeletetold him.
And I
think, it was Kol who said, that he understands why Elijah is sickened by his family.
I don't mind anyone having sex. It's not what they do, but with whom. I didn't mind Caroline being with Matt and especially I didn't mind her being with Tyler. It's just Klaus I'm having problems with.
You have a point there.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I don´t mind consensual sex either, and I loved Caroline and Tyler. You know how I feel about Klaus, and I wouldn´t mind him having sex with someone, just not Caroline.
What other shows besides TVD do you watch?
So you only have problems with Elena and Klaus?
ReplyDeletePlenty.
Yeah, pretty much. And lately, Bonnie.
ReplyDeleteOh, I watch a lot of shows.Arrow, Blue Bloods, Copper, Ripper Street, Deception, H50, Chicago Fire...
I have a thing for cop shows :D
Yeah, Bonnie is getting on my nerves big time too. Since S1 when she said she would
ReplyDeletebreak the magic of the device and she didn't.
Like CSI, Criminal intent, Law and Order, Monk, Elementary, …?
I liked Bonnie when she was sarcastic and snappy with Damon, like when she gave him the aneurism. That was fun.
ReplyDeleteI watch every episode of Elementary.
ReplyDeleteI must say, I watched just 2 or 3 eps of Elementary, and it was okay.
I loved Bonnie and Damon in the books. In fact, I prefer the Bonnie that´s in the books. She´s sweet.
ReplyDeleteI love sarcastic banter on shows, it´s always fun to watch.
Yes, the Bonnie in the books is sweet and a bit naïve and romantic. I don't know why they changed her character so much. But Caroline and Ty too are completely different
ReplyDeletethan in the books.
You mean Damon and Bonnie?
Maybe cause they though she would be boring? I don´t know. As I said, like that version better than the one in the show.
ReplyDeleteYes and no. I love sarcastic banter in ANY show I watch, not just TVD.
Cold be. But is it so much better her character being so annoying? I mean, if she's boring, they can change it, create a story. A love triangle, dark magic, family secrets, … But if the character is just annoying, it's hard to change her.
ReplyDeleteTrue.
ReplyDeleteI don´t know. Could probably be anyone, if he/she was compelled not to remember...
ReplyDeleteAh, okay. Thank you for clearing that up :D
He could have done that. Would be an interesting twist. And he has done that before, no?
Yeah, WE know it was Katerina who took the cure. Does anyone on the show (Elena, Damon, Stefan...) know that?
Yuck. No I didn´t read that. Really? Oh man.... Wonder how they are gonna swing that? Caroline is in love with Tyler and hates Klaus.
No, it couldn't be anyone. It had to be someone who not only knew about the cure, abut also knew the details. The originals knew. And the gang. Could it be Elijah? The
ReplyDeleteidea just came to me. He probably knew. What, if he found Katerina and compelled her?
Klaus compelling and using Katerina? Yeah, he did. Just too bad he didn't kill her.
Of course they knew. Elena recognized her and told Stefan "She's here"
Yeah, it's here: Latest from E!Online - Various Shows - 15th Feb 2013 And above the short article there is a link to a longer article. I just hope she was poisoned by a wolf bite or was compelled by Klaus. Cause if she does it by her own free will, I'll never forgive her. I'll never forgive JP. That bitch is ruining Carolines character with this.
