    Oh man,,,!This sounds incredibly interestin!!!I think the title is related to the 1963 movie The Great Escape.If you read the plot it definitely fits.You can read it here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Escape_(film)

    True, they should introduce the myth-arc (what they have so far is so weak they have to have something else) soon or ramp up the one they have. And as for Cas, they should bring him back since they're going to have him as a series regular next year. I mean it's not as if fans will forget him but plot wise, he needs to be in or out.

    @klutzy-girl that was my first thought. My other thoughts is there going to a powerful satanic creature, or is it something personal for the boys (particularly for Sam if it was trial-related?)

    well, given how we learned he will appear in this episode, the escapist could be Metatron? he either 'escapes' because of the trials?, or its a reference to his 'escaping' his servitude in heaven under God?
