I wouldn't say favorite scene, would name it most sad and intense scene in this episode, which was definitely Matt crying in his car/Elena freaking out and wanting to burn down the house.
I didn't have a "favorite" persay, This episode was so sad(surprisingly I didn't cry). But when Matt was on screen first seeing Jeremy, that's when I held back my tears. I really did love Matty calming Elena down. And their cheers to "Damon logic" (happy sigh Damon, ok shaking it off, lol). The ending scene with Elena burning down the house was sooo sad. I felt like she was burning OUR(the fanbase) house down ya know? Yes the bad in that house definitely outweighed the good, but still there were good moments...I'm still in shock and it's Saturday. = (
I'm still pissed that Jeremy is dead, although I give the writers kudos for doing this. Having survive the main characters the whole seasons is kinda boring. It was totally unexpected and it raised the stakes. I was like Elena, in denial about Jeremy being dead. I hoped that Jeremy would come back to life but I broke down during the scene when Elena breaks down and wants to burn down the house. Such a electrifying scene from Nina Dobrev. I was really mesmerized by her performance because I was so stunned like Stefan and Damon at that moment. So I voted for that scene. Second would be that scene where Caroline smells something and Damon comments that it's the body decomposing. Such an original scene.
Well, Jeremy's death was really heartbreaking and everyone's reaction was just very emotional. But when Elena acknowledges he is dead was too much for me. I cried my eyes out! OMG! Nina should win an award for that scene.
I liked pretty much everything in this episode but nothing with Shane. I was surprised by Damon/Bonnie hug and I liked when Damon used Rebekah as shield. But everything with Elena was so intense so I went with switching her humanity off. I loved that fire though
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
exactly my choices .. wasn't that hug just the sweetest thing *daydreams*

ReplyDelete"I could hug you right now." Damon and Bonnie hugged. It was so unexpected it made me smile :)

ReplyDeleteI took Damons and Bonnies hug. It was the first and probably the last.
ReplyDeleteThe 2nd place takes Damons "You are creepy" to Rebekah and her "Thank you"
