  1. I yelled at the TV when I realized the episode was over. Lots of really juicy scenes. If there is a favorite scene poll I"m lost. LOL How does Mellie handle Fitz....she has labor induced. Bwahahaha. I'm finally convinced. Fitz is out of his league with that woman.

  2. since it wasn't Hollis Doyle
that ordered the hit..on Fitz I'm now thinking that it was Mellie that did.. who else could there be... besides her.. so hard up to hang on to a man that doesn't want her..

when everyone was telling all of some of all.. I was waiting on Harrison to tell Abby that he mucked up her relationship with David....but that didn't happen...and speaking of David he's starting to get on my nerve... with his all high and mighty act....

and as for Cyrus.. is he that clueless that it was his husband that put David on to this..

  3. I was literally angry when it was over! Damn, I did not expect the reveal that it wasn't doyle. damn it. who was it then? could be mellie but i dont see what she would have to gain with it. Speaking of mellie, she is one crazy lady, going into labour to save the marriage?! I loved the gladitors scenes! And kerry washington gave a hell of a performance tonight, she should get some emmy buzz this year, i sure as hell hope so

  4. why would mellie do it though? i thought of it as well, but it is just weird what she would gain with it. and she looked genuinely shaken while fitz was on comma

  6. This was one awesome ep 10/10. Kerry Washington def deserves an award for her performance in this ep. Doyle wasn't the one who paid Becky, didn't see that one coming, Woner who did? The first lady is one crazy woman, I knew she would have her labor induced to save her marriage - when she told the doctor that when she was in labor with her first two kids it brought her and Fitz closer together

  7. Mellie was my first suspect the moment she said "let's not go in to the party'.

I thought for a moment Harrison was going to confess as well, but it made since to me that he didn't. It was off topic. And I think he agreed that she was wrong and borderline betraying Liv by doing it.

You have my respect for being able to put up with David for this long before he got on your nerves. :-D

I think the only reason Cyrus isn't looking to his husband with regard to going after Doyle is that he called off the guy who was trailing his husband before he and David met again. Plus he was, previously, more focused in his husband not making himself a target by writing the story (that's taken care of ) and for this episode he was more concerned with damage control to worry about it. So I didn't have a brain bump on it.

  8. In the big picture you're right. What did she have to gain (beyond spite) but I keep thinking that something happened in that episode that made her an obvious suspect. I don't think it as a 'hell hath no fury' concept (I mean, I think Mellie would be more devious and evil than that....I mean if she were angry enough to kill Fitz she'd pick something that would make him suffer longer and more deeply than simply killing him.)

The only other suspect, to me would be the VP

  9. I read a theory on another website that the target was never fitz, but the press secretary who was shot and who we have seen in flashbacks. The theory was that cyrus and mellie were behind it because she was getting too close to discover the truth about the election rigging. It would be a bit too much to believe that the only way to shot her would be she was around the president though, but still, an excellent way to get the focus out of her. I dunno... Just a theory, i dont want to think anymore

  10. loved this episode. Liv is willing to give up the love of her life to protect him, And he in turn is willing to stick with the love of his life thru thick and thin. I the monster is Cyrus. What I don't get is why Cyrus tried to have Prez killed. I hope we can have a contest about Hock's real name. I want all of Olivia's clothes.
